Great prices, juicy flavorful chicken. I walked about 20 minutes home and it was still hot and crunchy so it holds up pretty well too.

Walked in and stood up front for several minutes. There was a lady who was another customer who was already waiting as well. After a few more minutes I asked the lady if she had ordered, she said “yes”. There was a guy who I guess works there who walked out to wipe off the table and seemed to have gotten hostile just because I asked the lady if she had already ordered.
I was waiting already for five minutes just to order food when the guy who wiped off the table informed me “Theres somebody in the back”, and “Its gonna be a ten minute wait anyway”. He was very dismissive instead of helpful like he didnt want my business.
Bad service.
Your restaurant lost a customer that day because your guy completely ignored a customer, then got argumentative for no reason because I had yet to order my food.
If the wait is ten minutes at all, then the customer should be informed of this or at least you should have signage in the store telling customers.
Your telephone number does not work because I tried to reach out to management and the phone line said theres no voicemail available.
This kind of behavior from your workers should be called out.

The food is great, I like to order the fried chicken the fish and shrimp. The only complaint that I have is the way they serve the food they are serving food in boxes that falls apart in the bag. The heat from the food causes condensation inside the bag whicg makes the Box fall apart the Box fall apart anyway but when the conversation hit it falls apart in the bag. I will go there more often but I don’t like the way they package the food. It’s like they throw it in the Box without a lack of care. I’m sure they know their boxes ain’t worth a damn. They need to put more care into packing the food and giving it to the customers, instead of just finding the cheapest way to push the food out to the customers.

Jumbo shrimp are regular size shrimp. The was prepared by someone who didn’t cover wear plastic sanitizer gloves. He used those same unsanitized hands to collect plastic wear for my order. This is the Oak Park/ Austin area. At least it was clean. Won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone. The food isn’t restaurant worthy
