Crown Palace is back to their former grandeur! We have gone back for dim sum multiple times in the past couple of months and it was delicious everytime. Har Gau , siu mai, cha siu bao, all amazing. My wife likes the chicken feet too! They have all the standard dimsum variety but also have some new items! One that i like is a steamed bun with a peanut custard inside. Very nice! If you haven’t been there in a while, try them again, they have really become the best dim sum in Monmouth County!! Thank you Amy and the staff for treating us to amazing service!

A really awesome experience for some yummy dim sums. They have carts that go around with variety of food and you grab as many as you like. It’s usually from 11 to 3 but call ahead to confirm the days.
Today we did a regular dinner and general tso spicy chicken was amazing. Cantonese thin fried noddle with chicken has too much sauce was a average. The beef was better.

I ate most of my food before remembering to take photos of all of my dim sum choices. Crown Palace’s dim sum service definitely gives their patrons an authentic Chinatown feel. The steam push carts are full of delicious bites. My family has been going there for dim sum for more than three decades. The har gow ( shrimp dumplings), stuffed eggplants, shiu mi ( pork dumplings), roast pork buns are delish. These are the ultimate Chinese comfort foods. Dim Sum is only served on weekends! Parking is tight.

During my recent visit to Crown Palace, I had a chance to try their dim sum menu, and I must say, the food was incredibly delicious. The dim sum dishes were cooked to perfection, and every bite was bursting with flavor. The shrimp shumai and shrimp hoa-gows were standout items for me, with perfectly cooked shrimp and a flavorful dipping sauce. The barbecue pork buns were also a highlight of my meal, with tender and juicy pork encased in a fluffy bun. The steamed chicken feet and tripe dishes were also cooked well, and had an authentic taste that you don’t find at every dim sum restaurant.
I also enjoy coming to Crown Palace on big holidays like Thanksgiving and Chinese New Year. Their dim sum menu is definitely worth a visit on any occasion. Whether it’s Thanksgiving, Chinese New Year, or any other special event, Crown Palace offers a unique and delicious dining experience that’s sure to please. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, as the restaurant tends to get busy during peak hours.
One thing that stood out to me was the friendly and attentive service I received during my visit. While the service was generally good, there were some moments where it could have been more prompt. The staff was helpful in explaining the menu and making recommendations based on my preferences. Overall, I had a great experience at Crown Palace. The food was incredibly tasty, and the service was generally friendly and efficient. If you’re a fan of dim sum, this is definitely a place worth checking out. Happy dining!

Had a 5:30 rsvp for dinner on Christmas Day .
Not only did they over book all parties by upwards of 1.5 hours . They booked 300 people and only were able to handle 100 . From what I hear it happened last Christmas Day as well. I understand being busy . But to over book and ruin Christmas Day diner for paying customers is wrong . The right thing would have been to let people know your backed up 2 hours . And to boot , they were still taking phone orders . Heard numerous people upset , food was cold after waiting 2hours . Absolutely a joke today !!!!
Merry Christmas

The garden of this restaurant is the attracting view. The garden is open (once the staff opens it) and you can go in for the view or picture taking. Now the food is typical average, came during dinner hours. The food is very similar to other restaurants where I have been too. The food is not bad yet not surprisingly good as well. For dim sum, I have good ones so it is average as well. The service is mellow and slow. The staff that walks around is decent speed and average time taking, the thing is when asking for the bill. It does take quite some time to get the bill (for me not sure about how long others get their bill). The staffs are friendly and well mannered so far.

Decent dim sum, comparable to lower grade restaurants in Hong Kong or mid grade restaurants in Singapore/Malaysian.
But compared to other dim sum places within a 50 mile radius, one of the best.
