Bought 2 pies for lunch, asked for extra cheese and was charged $72.00. It’s truly sad when price gouging is a thing. Supporting the local small businesses doesn’t mean that they get to be overcharging and it’s okay. Truly a terrible practice. Pizza looked normal, that’s what a NY pizza should look like. Charging $36 for 1 mediocre pie is unreal. Shame on you.

So today bought a grill chicken sandwich and the price just jumped from 4.99$ to 9.79$ so the guy acted it was 9$ for the meal then I said, I don’t want the combo.He said ok. Then he is giving me total of 9.79$ Then I asked why is that he told me taxes for the card I used! Seriously this is how you do price hike out of blue? Then I say I am not paying that 79c taxes you just added. I paid 9$ for this triangle piece of meat and salad on the 2 buns! Seriously we need to speak up against this scammers. They scam people on the broad day light! Crown fired is a franchise how one store can choose their own price? I checked with other store the price is still 4.99$ so think before you go here!

Came here for a quick lunch while I was working in the area. Service was terrible and rude; they did not ask me if I wanted to stay or go but offered trays to everyone else that looked like them. The tables were filthy. The hot wings were too salty and they were not full wings. Could not finish it. I should’ve just gone to Popeyes.

I absolutely agree with like half of the people here in the ratings. This place used to be very nice however in the recent days, it’s just gotten very horrible. The service is actually fast, but the people who work here give you a very ugly attitude. They seem nice but only to “their” people, with no offense. There’s actually a new guy there, and it sort of seems he has “hearing” problems. I have asked twice for a certain order and he has done a bad job even though I said what I wanted, the guy at the counter said it as well, and when I tell him about it, he says he heard otherwise and the rest seem to believe him and brush it off. The amount of food you get is a scam, the floors and tables are sometimes a mess, and random people from the streets are somehow allowed to always ask for money and watch you eat. Over that, the food often ends up raw and nasty. It’s not worth it. I’m sorry.

The old Brown Bengali employee working there is very rude to the customers. He does not know how to talk politely. I prefer owners to notice it. I am a regular customer, but still he does not behave friendly and yells at me. He is very proud that he has good connection with the owner bcz he is working there for 7 years.
