I went to this restaurant February 6, 2026, I called in my order. I ordered Chicken livers, chicken, gizzards, and fried chicken wings six with fries. I went home ready to eat my chicken livers, and when I opened up the container, the chicken levels was burnt dry. The chicken gizzards was burnt dry.. I return to the restaurant to get some resolution for the food that I bought and was told there was nothing that can be done. I couldn’t get a refund nor I couldn’t get a redo over on the food that I purchased.. So I lost out a total of $28 and some change I had to go home and throw it out there for the Deers and we wonder if they really ate it because it was hard as hell. And the gentleman that works in the back cooking, the food told me I can contact the owner and nothing would be done or no resolution would be done about the food so that’s why I came on here to make a review and let other people know the customer service sucks and his restaurant.

Was excited to try a new chicken place & after reading reviews decided to try this place! nothing was eatable! Still shocked & out of $37.00 & on my way to Hardee’s to buy food to eat tonight. the tenders were overcooked & much like a cheap freezer section tender. I got my grandma chicken breast & she was unable to eat any of it. Mac & cheese was probably from a can or bag. & I’m not trying to be hateful or just make a mean review just because I’m a hateful human. I just feel that honesty is important. & this way a complete L unfortunately.

We visit this establishment each time we come to Fayetteville. Today they served me the nastiest sandwich, a burnt fish patty slatheredddd in mayo!! YUCK!! I has asked the cashier if it was the same whiting fish as the plate and he said yes. Well it was NOT!!I asked for 2 pieces of whiting in place of the sandwich with a soft roll.I was told that management declined and no refund either. We’ll, you just lost a loyal customer and hope everyone else avoids your restaurant too!! This is ridiculous!! Well a new manager came in and was going to fix it, told me I had to pay $5.42 more. But I had hit it my review submit and I think they saw it so they told her she couldn’t make it right and gave me my last $5 back. I balled the food up and threw it in the trash!! They’ll never get another penny!! Do better!!

The chicken livers were decent but weren’t cut up into small bite size pieces which ensures all those stringy undesirable parts are left on and make them tastier, instead giant hunks of them which makes me wonder if they were even cleaned. Not a fan of the seasoning they use. The gizzards were horrible. Normally served as skinny stringy gizzards in most places because it makes them easier to chew, these were giant hunks of unchewable meat with a not so desirable seasoning. Wasted my money on those cause I will have to rinse the seasoning off and give them to my dogs, and I don’t even know if they could chew through them. Was so looking forward to trying them. Probably won’t go back

This place is Fayetteville’s hidden gem for wings and subs. The food is amazing The portions are huge and they have something for everybody. People really be sleeping on this place. Some of the best wings I’ve ever had hands down. The guy behind the counter is also super nice and extremely friendly. We’ll definitely be bringing my family back here for that 21 piece bucket meal for around 30 bucks.

Staff was a bit rude. Kept same gloves on. Greens tasted like they used to much liquid smoke. Like why use it at all. Felt like hurry up and get out type of atmosphere..

We ordered takeout fried chicken with sides and EVERYTHING was so LOADED with salt it was practically INEDIBLE. I expect collards to be salty, but the chicken was too salty, the macaroni and cheese was so heavily salted that was all I could taste, and even the french fries were coated in so much salt they were crunchy despite being soggy with grease. There is a BIG difference between seasoning and salt and this place apparently only knows how to use one. As a restaurant owner or employee you need to understand how to season things properly and give the customer the option to add salt IF NEEDED. This was the first time we had Crown chicken and it was definitely our last.
