We’ve dined at CFC on Front Street & had positive experiences before, so we decided to try the Chandler Street location recently. We went between 12-1 on a weekday & it was pretty busy, yet the service was still fantastic. Clearly staff is capable of keeping up with a fast paced environment. Upon entering, we were met with welcoming & friendly employees, as well as a delicious smelling warm & cozy atmosphere. Large menu with many options, nice variety available. Reasonably priced. Lunch specials. Desserts also. We ordered two meals, both had 2 pieces of fried chicken. One with rice, another with mashed potatoes & gravy. Both came with beverages. The line grew quickly as we placed our order. Everything was fresh & hot. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tasty flavorful lunch or dinner in Worcester.

Never disappointed with the service or the food. This CFC on Chandler St (this location) and Lincoln St are the only ones that Never disappoint( well me at least)

I ordered food from this location on Sunday 4/7/2024 using Uber eat. Everyone from family who ate the food got food poisoned. They were and still throwing up and have diarrhea.
Also, I got charged again extra $3
I had to go to the pharmacy to by medication.
I don’t recommend buying food from this location. Usually I buy from different location but this time because I used Uber eat this location came up.
I will never buy food from this location again.
It’s not healthy at all.

Absolutely delicious! I always get extra seasoning on the fries and I have been a faithful customer since they only had 1 store on Front Street downtown Worcester now I believe they might have 5 definitely 4. Their hot sauce is delicious but it seems the sauce you get in the package is not the same as the sauce they have in store keep up the great work love that chicken

The meal is excellent here! They are well known for their fantastic seasoned fries and wonderful chicken. But even then, they offer delicious chicken sandwiches and excellent cheeseburgers. If that wasn’t enough, you can finish it all off with a slice of chocolate cake, tres leche cake, or another dessert of your choosing.

We love CFC’s quality and the fact that they make their food after you order it so it’s not sitting around getting soggy or less crispy. It’s always a busy place so know that you might have to wait in line or wait for your food. However, the wait is worth it. If you’re interested in fried food or just a home style meal then I’d recommend this place.

Ok place to grab lunch. Only comment is sometimes chicken is dry. Or tenders to crispy . Last time I was there though an attendant wouldn’t give someone the drink that was supposed to come with the meal. Either he was new or just stubborn but it took about 4 of us to convince the attendant that he needed to honor the menu. Most places would just give the drink anyway for being a customer because you don’t want a bad reputation but this guy wouldn’t and it was really sad. Other than this incident I’ve found the service to be relatively good.
