Well, used to be great, affordable, decent size for fries. Now it really sucks. Service has gone down, TO EXPENSIVE now. Fries small portion $4.00 . The whole family franchise got greedy after the original owners died. Not reason for that excessive hight prices. Will never go back, sad tho. I healthy meal would cost you the same. Plenty of places around. If you eat once a day I guess it’s okay to pay that much. All locations are the same. The new owners don’t care, besides the labor force is out of the country- cheap labor

My experience at Crown Burgers was incredibly positive! This place is a must-visit for anyone in Salt Lake City looking for a satisfying burger.
I went straight for their famous Crown Burger, and it completely lived up to the hype. The combination of the juicy charbroiled patty and the generous pile of hot, tender pastrami is just amazing—it’s easy to see why this sandwich is famous. Paired with their delicious, crispy fries, it made for a perfect meal.
The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was classic, and the food quality was excellent. If you’re looking for a hearty, high-quality burger experience that’s a cornerstone of SLC cuisine.

Food was ok, I guess I’m not a fan of pastranami. They serve really big portions so you will be very full by the time you are done. The staff are nice, but sometimes there are some homeless people roaming around. This is also the home of the original frysauce.

One of the best burger spots in Salt Lake City. Fresh, juicy, and totally homemade vibes. Super clean and organized inside. My go to for a great burger every time can’t recommend enough! Always slaps. Highly recommended!

The service I received was terrible. I have dietary restrictions, I can’t drink any carbonation and I eat very small portions. I also can’t drink anything for 30 minutes after I eat. I ordered a sandwich for myself and a combo for my husband. After giving the drink cup to my husband and him filling it up with soda, I noticed there were some uncarbonated tea options. I went to the counter and asked for a water cup. I used the water cup to get a very small sip of tea. I just wanted to taste it as I cannot have sugar either. As soon as I got the tea, a man (I assume was the manager) came from around the counter, and in a very loud voice started demanding I go to the counter and pay for a small drink. I apologized and said I just wanted to taste it. He continued with his loud voice saying that’s what everyone says and that he has to pay for it, again demanding that I go pay for a small drink. I told him I really did just want to taste it and I showed him the cup with the tiny amount of tea in it. I told him that was all I was planning to get and I wasn’t planning to fill the cup. He continued to rant and walked back behind the counter. He kept staring at me yelling across to me to come pay for a drink. He also started talking loudly to the other workers telling them not to give me my order until I paid for the small drink. I did pay for the small drink and left. As I was leaving, the man continued to ramble on yelling about how people do this all the time.
Online it says they graciously offer free refills on soft drinks. Yes I could have tasted the tea with the cup we purchased before my husband filled it with soda. I didn’t notice the tea until afterwards. I guess I could have dumped the soda out so I could use the cup we already purchased to taste the tea. Either way, I did not deserve for the man to yell at me and try to humiliate me in front of all their employees and customers. I wouldn’t call yelling at a customer over a small sip of tea graciously offering free refills.
It is never ok to yell at a customer and attempt to humiliate them in public. If you have a problem you should communicate respectfully. Treat people how you want to be treated. They really need to work on their customer service skills.
I would encourage people to only give their hard earned money to businesses that treat you with respect.

Great pastrami burgers! The lady at the counter was very friendly when we explained it was our first time there. The onion rings were interesting too.

A Salt Lake City classic. I would recommend ordering the Crown burger and homemade onion rings. They were both healthy sized so come prepared with a healthy appetite. If you have room, the shakes are fantastic! Enjoy.

The pastrami burger is so good, and it’s only $8.39. With fried sauce it tastes amazing. The medium oreo shake for $5.49 was yummay, and the proportion was big. The fries were crunchy for $3.79 but the pack is small.
There is a lot of seating space. The staff is so nice. I realized I ordered the wrong thing after sitting down. But they changed it as soon as I told them even though it was my fault. Just paid the difference.
I would highly recommend trying them out!

Pastrami burger was fantastic. Super fresh and delicious. Gotta drown it in fry sauce for the ultimate experience. No dogs or parrots in the kitchen luckily. Did not trip on a pothole and lose my inventory. 5 big booms.
