This was really frustrating because I spent much longer than expected just waiting without knowing what was happening.
But yesterday my father-in-law wanted to have a pizza, so my wife made an order through the phone. They answered and my wife said “Large Hawaiian Pizza” and “Small Greek Salad”, and “free Garlic Bread” from the coupon.
She repeated her order but then said “Medium Hawaiian Pizza?”, my wife said “No, Large Hawaiian Pizza”.
20 minutes later as they always said, we went there to pick up our order. When we came back, somehow the pizza seemed a little small. So I told my wife that the pizza does look like medium, then checked the receipt – the worker who took our order put medium anyway.
My wife called the restaurant back, someone else answered and told us we could “bring it back” and they couor try to switch it to Large. And seeing my father-in-law pick up a slice already, so we said we would call back.
The taste was always good but this time – not because the messed up order – wasn’t that great compared to other times – busy? Sure but that doesn’t mean the quality can be less too. And why is tax charged on the freaking free bread? It was a huge disappointment, as well as it was going to be my last order since my wife and I are moving to another town.
This is my second time trying the wings because the first time they were a disappointment as well. I told the girl extra well done because I usually get disgusted when I see the chicken pink inside I only usually trust Buffalo wild wings never have this issue with their wings.
I decided to give this place another try on the wings and I specified my order “extra well done” but once again disappointed.
