Stopped by for a quick lunch and was impressed with the cleanliness, quiet, and variety of seating options as well as two rooms that can be closed off and used by groups. I ordered a Frisco burger and fries and a key lime pie slice to go. All very tasty. Staff were all friendly and there seemed to be a few regulars there, even outside typical lunch hours. I’d definitely come back again and now I have an option for a quiet business meeting with food!

I’ve been coming to Crossroads for years and have always considered it a go-to spot for good food and friendly, efficient service. Unfortunately, over my last several visits, the experience has changed noticeably—and not for the better.

The past three times I’ve been here, service has been consistently slow and disorganized. On one visit, I ordered a well-done burger that arrived red in the center. Another time during breakfast, I asked for syrup when my pancakes were delivered and our table was forgotten entirely. Today was especially disappointing: despite the restaurant being about half empty, we waited roughly 15 minutes just to be seated. From the moment we walked in until we left, our breakfast visit took about an hour and a half.

Throughout the visit, there was also a lot of visible confusion among staff, including one individual loudly shouting directions across the restaurant, which added to the chaotic atmosphere.

I’ve continued to give this place chances because it used to be excellent, and I truly want to see it succeed. That said, something has clearly changed, and the consistency and quality of service that once set Crossroads apart seem to be missing. I hope management is able to address these issues, because this restaurant used to be one I genuinely enjoyed and recommended.

I visited Crossroads today, and I had a great experience. The place is quite large and cozy. For breakfast, we ordered Eggs Benedict and a ground steak, which came with toast and hash browns. The food arrived quickly and was really delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by how super crispy the hash browns were. The service from the waitress was very attentive and helpful.

Absolutely zero complaints about anything! Food was very good! I had breakfast and everything was perfect! Portion sizes, taste and freshness. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Pricing is very reasonable. I ordered more than I could eat and took my stuffed pumpkin pancakes home where I ate them for lunch. I really enjoyed the entire experience!

We ordered two steaks and two Texas burgers for four people. In addition, we could choose any salad and soup from the buffet. When our drinks ran out, the waitress brought us fresh ones and didn’t add them to the bill. All in all, it came to $82 including tax. On the way out, we also bought tiramisu, and this cake was insanely delicious. I recommend everyone who wants to eat well to visit this restaurant, and you will not regret it.

Food was awful. Instant rice used, pre-prepped food taste (as if it was done off-site), burger is not good quality. Salad bar not kept up, beats and chickpeas taste like they are from a can. Lemonade taste of inexpensive powder mix.

I’ve always enjoyed my meals at the Crossroads Diner. The buffet is usually well stocked and the wait staff are attentive. The deserts are well worth saving room for.

We used to be regulars and loved it here. We hadn’t been out to eat for sometime due to some health issues. Iwe got the seafood combo and were disappointed in the meal compared to what it used to be.
