By far the best coffee shop around! The employees are the sweetest people especially Eli and Moe! Mike the owner is a pretty cool and funny dude I always enjoy talking to him. The vibe this place has is top notch it’s a great spot for hanging out, just chillin, drawing, studying, or whatever you wanna get up to. The coffee is so unbelievably good it’s the best you can get. If you like good coffee and great people this is the place for you.

Yesterday I shared our experience when we went to Crossroads Coffeehouse the same day. The owner responds that it was because “they were slammed and it was one of the busiest days.” This is unfortunate, there is no legitimate reason not to say “Hello”, or “I’ll be with you shortly “. No one said a word to us accept “excuse me” when we were in their way. Thank you for the free cup of coffee offer. I’ll pass. All I wanted yesterday was to be recognized at some point when I was in your place of business. So far it’s been poor service and excuses. You blew it by not making this right.
My Wife and I were in for the first time to buy some coffee today 12/22/25. We walked in and looked around the store. As we were looking, a younger female employee walked by us filling bags of coffee. Not once did she speak to us, ask us if we needed assistance, nothing. The second female employee who was behind the counter, walked by us twice, never said hello or asked us if we needed help. I was very disappointed with the lack of service. I was surprised, because I heard great feedback about this business. We ended up walking out not purchasing anything. Not a good first impression.

The girl with the piercings and curly hair is the absolute sweetest!! She is always so kind and friendly it’s such a wonderful start to my day! She is always extremely helpful and makes the best coffees! Shout out to her!!

Great little coffee house! It was our first time here in which we stopped at after leaving Cane Creek Park. The coffee was good and very friendly service. There is a small porch outside so we were able to sit with our dog. Prices were very reasonable. We’ll be back next time we are in the area.

I love this place!! The toasted coconut is my favorite! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The snacks are super yummy! I was very impressed to see they host AA and NA recovery meetings! So glad this community has such a great coffee shop!

Love crossroads. They have great drinks, a small yet quaint space, a moderate amount of outdoor seating, and great service. Try the espresso milkshakes! Perfectly located for enjoying downtown Waxhaw.
