Food – best fried pickles I’ve ever had. The beer was good was cold and relatively inexpensive.
Service – took a bit of time to get me going but once they gave me service it was fine.
Atmosphere – I’m not a sports fan so the multiple TVs and cheering didn’t do anything for me. That’s why I leave my hearing aids at home.
On my second visit, the waitress remembered me and knew my order before I was able to give it which was good. I’m trying to learn Espanol and she said the next time I come in I would have to order in Spanish. I am challenged.
Overall – I will be back for more fried pickles. They don’t have a happy hour or so it’s catches catch can. I will try to get there a little earlier.

Power outage at home and I wanted to watch football so I came here for the first time. My Vikings game was on, all the games were on one TV or more. Busy place but the staff was amazing. I had the garlic burger and garlic cheese fries and a couple beers. Everything was really good, just enough garlic but not too much. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m here at the Crossroads Bar And Grill right now. Been here a few times. It’s practically across the street from where I live, so that’s a plus. The atmosphere is very fun. Ashlee has been mentioned many, many times, and times, and yes, she is very good. Attentive and nice. Tried different food items and haven’t been disappointed. The beer is big and cold. Can’t complain. The only thing is, and granted, it could just been the times I’ve visited, is it’s almost exclusively guys. Where’s the ladies? Maybe i was just there the wrong times. Possibly market for more women to show. Still, I do like this place. I’ll be back.

The location and vibe here were strange to me…mostly the regulars hanging at the local strip mall bar. Recent name change from the old bar and grill chain. Basically the same menu items but didn’t wow me. The bar tender, on the other hand was by herself and shined. Handling everyone and everything in stride. Props to her!!

I haven’t been hear in long time when it was bout time. Customer service is still good and food is still good too. Don’t know if I am allowed to mention bartender name and what not for safe reasons. But they was friendly the minute I walked in. Wanted a quick bite and have a beer. Had the personal taco pizza. I would get that again. Ask for a lime to squeeze on your pizza.

Ashlee is awesome! She’s not only a fantastic bartender who kept my drinks coming with a smile, but she also jumped in to play pool with us and made the whole night even more fun. She’s friendly, attentive, and really knows how to make people feel welcome. Definitely one of the reasons I’ll be coming back to Crossroads Bar!

Girlfriend of a year dumped me on a barstool.
Thought my night was over until Ashlee (absolute legend waitress/bartender) slid me my order of cheese curds and said, “Don’t worry man, she doesn’t deserve you or your cheese curds”. I then proceeded to get absolutely hammered on rum and cokes and speciality cocktails. After, Ashlee called me an Uber. 5 stars. Would get heartbroken here again.
