Stopped in for the first time right when we woke up, to try their banana pudding latte.. to say this was tasty is an understatement. I wish I could have gotten 10 more LOL. Perfect spot to catch up with a friend, read a book or do some work on your computer. If you’re in the area, or a half hour away like we are.. I suggest you take the ride to check out their coffee with homemade ingredients!

The creativity, intention, and passion packed into this space is unmatched. It is honestly one of my favorite shops I’ve ever visited for SO many reasons.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and it’s clear that she pours her entire heart and soul into every detail of her business. From house-made syrups to hand-crafted fresh pastries daily, everything is done with care and purpose by her. It’s not just a coffee shop—it’s a specialty experience.
If you’re looking for a quick, poor quality, caffeine fix with no soul, sure—go to Dunkin or Starbucks. Crossroads is always a stop on my long days on the road or before any competitions. Always a friendly and attentive staff. Additionally, I don’t feel limited to drink or food options being a type 2 diabetic as well.

This is a great little unassuming cafe in a little shopping plaza that if you’re not looking will pass right by. So look! We live about a mile away from here so we’re lucky. They always have season specials and great homemade syrups for your lattes, not the run of the mill syrups most places seem to have.
They also have a freshly made selection of bakery items to go along with your coffee.
The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They can get a little busy in the morning and they have a small staff, but they’re also very efficient. Sometimes you have to wait for things that are made to order with care in a small business. That’s ok and it’s worth the wait.

This place has become my favorite! The owner and her staff are just the sweetest down to earth people. Talking with them always makes my day. Every drink and food product I have tried is just beyond amazing. Very cute looking place love the overall vibe.

What a wonderful, cozy spot to enjoy delicious homemade pastries and great coffee. The owner made the coffee program, comes up with creative flavors, bakes everything herself everyday. It looked like she enjoys a lot of regulars as she should! It’s a gem in North Haven. If you want her baked goods, be early because they do sell out! I grabbed the last piece on the shelf that day (and of course it was delicious).

Crossroads is one of my favorite coffee shops in CT. When I can I drive almost 30 minutes off my normal route to work to get a coffee here. Montana is so creative with her specials and everything is always fantastic. Much better than any chain and such a comfy little spot to sit in.

Went with some friends impulsively and I did not expect how incredible the service and the experience would be! We each placed four different orders and they were all completed within 3 minutes! I got the Cortado (which came out way faster than I ever could have expected) and I was blown away by the presentation! It was so beautiful that I almost didn’t drink it just because of how gorgeous this thing was! The taste was also amazing and I chugged it down in like two seconds. The barista working absolutely popped off with making the latte art and I will definitely be returning here soon.
