Great all around experience. I had the bahama breeze, (who knew healthy shakes could taste good?) It was surprisingly flavorful for a shake. This was the first time in and ill definitely have to go back, not only to try a loaded tea or one of the (i feel like there are like 50 different shakes, prob around 10 or 20 then) shakes. Oh! stop by to see the wooden couch at least, i was told it was hand crafted and fabricated from an antique couch; never to be duplicated, because the process took a number on the woodworkers hands.

The meal replacement shakes here are by far the best I’ve ever had. Amazing staff. Alexis was so sweet helping me to my car with my shake because I had my sleeping toddler in my arms.

This is by the far the best loaded tea spot in Brandon. Honestly, one of the best businesses in Brandon. The atmosphere is clean and right, the employees are friendly and smiling, & it’s a joy to become a regular at crossroads nutrition because it starts to feel like not so distant family anymore. Ownership, you’re killing it! Thank you for being open. We need yall.
