If you are looking for some amazing and innovative bbq, I highly recommend going here. We loved everything we had and enjoyed the creativity with the recipes!

A very pleasant place to enjoy BBQ. They have a limited menu but it’s a strong point as they focus on key plates such as the brisket, ribs or pulled pork. I had the brisket and it was good, with the burnt edges like I wanted. The low point were the veggies and bread as I felt they lacked flavor. The decor is modern industrial, it makes you feel comfortable. I wasn’t sure about the tip as it’s not a full dine in restaurant, my suggestion would be to leave 10% to 15%.

Good brisket, amazing sides, friendly staff and a great space. A huge bonus (for me at least) is that they are just across the parking lot from one of my favorite spots, ODD Muse Brewing, so I’ll definitely be back. Can’t wait to explore more of their huge menu!

Yum! Brisket is great with terrific smokey flavor. Awesome rolls and sides. The bread pudding is worth the trip. Awesome staff, helpful & friendly.

Delicious! Great flavors…and I really appreciate that the meats don’t all taste the same. Unique flavors that really complement each other. Standouts for me are the burnt ends and sausage – but those are always going to be my go-tos! The brisket is on-point and the turkey is super moist (even though I hate that word). Sides are all great too…the mac is very creamy, but the epazote flavored hominy is my #1 choice…so, so, so good!

Came for the burnt ends and accidentally found a 1 pound beef rib that we had to try. Wow! I love the well seasoned BBQ here. No bbq sauce required. Ps. Sauce is vinegary and is a good change of pace from the normal sugared up sauces you see everywhere else. Definitely coming back to try more items.

This is a perfect BBQ lunch spot. The meat plates can hang with the best, and the sides are excellent. One thing I really enjoy about Crossbuck’s menu is ,whether I’m in the mood to eat a little healthy or go hog wild, there are delicious options for all occasions. Not to mention it’s not overwhelmingly crowded like some other neighborhood spots. It’s officially in the lunch rotation for me and my coworkers now!

I had a couple of friends who had posted rave reviews of this new place, and I wanted to try it out, after all I love BBQ and it’s not far from me. I appreciate the innovative approach to the menu. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the food itself was delicious. I had the brisket plate and the brisket itself does not disappoint: tender, lean & flavorful-I would think this is Crossbuck’s signature. I believe this place will do well with catering/groups and families ordering in sizable quantities. I don’t give a full 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) have more sandwich & potato offerings, and conventional sides. 2) the sides I had were good but a tad underwhelming. I had the BBQ beans & Mac n cheese. The beans were fine but the Mac n cheese, while a good flavor, was a little sticky. 3) the “sweet” BBQ sauce was less sweet & more tangy. Not bad, just tangier than expected. Still, I won’t nitpick, I finished my plate! I have no doubts this place will do well: the brisket is excellent and does not disappoint.
