Cross Creek Steakhouse slow smokes pork butts and beef brisket for 12 to 14 hours every night. Baby back ribs and spare ribs are smoked and are fall-off-the-bone tender. All of our steaks including, our ribeye steaks are hand cut by our in-house butcher and charbroiled to order. Whether you want your steak rare, medium or well done, we have you covered. Our jumbo shrimp and fish are hand breaded and crispy fried or grilled to perfection. We select our vegetables from the local farmers market, and most are prepared from scratch.
Our steakhouse restaurant also offers a full-service bar, a banquet room that will accommodate 80 guests, outside seating on the screen porch and 300 seats inside. When you want a relaxing night out and enjoy.

Tonight was our last night in town working. I ordered the 10 piece smoked wings. When they came out, they were fried & without the celery sticks that come with them. After sending them back for the “Smoked” wings, they once again came out without the celery sticks. But the worst part about these supossedly “Smoked” wings was thst there was absolutley no smoky smell. Then I ate a few flats and absolutley no “smoked” flavor. I picked up a drum and bit into it and it was RAW and bloody! I pulled apart another drum and it was also raw and bloody! The flats seem to be cooked but not smoked! I showed the raw chicken to my server and she said I’ll let someone in the kitchen know. When she came back she said the cook said it was fine and he did a temperature probe test and it was fine. I told her there is no way I am gonna eat chicken that is not cooked! I took pictures of it before she took the plate away. She did not return, but sent another girl who brought me my bill for the full price!! It was not a manager. The orher girl did not bring out a manage when I complained that they were charging me for raw chicken. Yeah! I think I’ll put in a complaint with the Health Dept!

Horrible!!! The ribs was char burnt. (See pics) The pull pork so so dry i couldn’t eat it. The green beans tasted like they took them straight from a can. Only thing good about this place was the waitress.

Hello! I went to cross creek steakhouse and barbecue restaurant today for brunch! It was okay! My waitress was cool but here is my corrective nice criticism. I was not asked by my waitress how my food was. I am use to being asked this. My potatoes could have been a little more seasoned. Also I hate when I am dining and I get my bill brought out to me super early. It gives the impression of hurry up and cash out. My waitress did not let me know early on that it was a 2 hour limit on the Bottomless Mimosas. This should have been stated at the beginning. This should also be on your alls brunch menu and social media. My waitress didn’t tell me this until after I inquired about more Bottomless Mimosas after I had only had two and she brought my bill already. Then I wasn’t able to get one more mimosa before my two hours were up. She basically went missing. They have two for one shots. Now my shots were good. I got the blue berry lemon drop and the green tea shot. ( Not strong shots) Food good have been a little bit more seasoned lol. All in all not bad I guess. There were not a lot of people there during my time there. And I’m not a drunk….. I have a very high tolerance. So I wasn’t acting drunk or anything. Very quiet. Like I said I may come back. This is a constructive criticism review. Trust me if I was drunk I wouldn’t be able to make this review. I left a tip. Like I said wasn’t bad! My waitress was nice but there is always room for improvement!

We’ve been going to this restaurant for years!! We’ve given them chance after chance to get it right! I will say we’ve had two great waitresses! We went on February 22 and will Not return again!! First off this restaurant needs a total makeover! They have AYCE smoked chicken on Sunday but always run out of dark meat as they did this night!! With the AYCE you’ve always been able to get refills of chicken and two sides! Well tonight the supposedly new floor manager said that’s not true! We tried to explain you’ve always able too refill the sides! But what’s crazy she brought out a refill that had two more sides. The chicken was not well cooked she says it’s because it’s smoked ! And I’m trying to figure out why the two I guess new owners walk up and down the isles all night but never ask the customers about their experiences of the food?? This restaurant needs to do better and fix up this restaurant! I see why those turnover rate is so high!! There’s always new managers and waitresses! Cross Creek do better!!

Decided to try this place being that I’m new to the neighborhood. The young lady I dealt with was nice. However, no one told me about the different sauces that I could get with my food. They pretty much chose it for me. My turkey did not seem fresh. It was very dry and tasteless. I did enjoy the baked potato and the Texas toast. As far as my green beans I had to add salt to them, but that’s OK. I did appreciate that they packed my food individually and not had them all soaking together so I really appreciated that. If I do come back, I’m going to try something different other than the smoked turkey because I did not enjoy it at all.

I had a key lime pie slice delivered to my mom via Uber Eats since I couldn’t be with her for her birthday and that’s her favorite pie.
The presentation was extremely unsatisfactory and unfortunately had to be thrown away. The pictures below show what was advertised vs. what my mom actually received.
This restaurant should never sell key lime pie if it looks like this…especially for $13

Got an order to go yesterday… the sides were great! Fried Okra and baked sweet potato, but the chicken fried steak was too tough to eat and no flavor.. I also got an order of fried pickles and was very disappointed.. they were soggy and the breading had no flavor.. not even salt and pepper.. the staff were very friendly and overall a great atmosphere but the food needs work.

My husband and I ate here over the weekend, and everything was fantastic. I ordered the salmon, we shared the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, and my husband had shrimp. All of the food was excellent.
I also have to mention the martini. I have been trying to find a properly made martini on Jacksonville’s west side for over a year, and this is the only restaurant in our area that has gotten it right. It was perfectly prepared and made the whole experience even better.

The mash potatoes were veryyy runny and they stank…the rice was hard and under cooked also the onions were raw. And when we went to pay we were having major issues bc they were adding extra meals to our bill. The waiter was so nice I loved her but the food sucked!!! GOODBYE FOREVER!!!! Never coming back…

I ordered wings. The flavor was there but they were very dry almost to the point of being too dry. We might return but will order differently. My hubby got chopped steak and said it was good.
