We had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Fiona at the main pool, and she was truly incredible. She was warm, attentive, and so easy to talk to. She checked in on my family and me often, made sure we always had what we needed, and added such a positive energy to our day.

Had a late afternoon bite here. The atmosphere was perfectly relaxing, and the wait staff was notably attentive and excellent.
The food was just okay, nothing special, but serviceable. Be prepared for high resort prices; it’s definitely on the expensive side.
The Verdict: A great choice for convenience and a truly relaxing experience right by the pool, if you don’t mind the premium price tag. We came on a low attendance day, so your mileage may vary when it’s busy.

Location is nice, right by the pool. The food is expensive and very underwhelming for what you receive. Ordered the Crocs salad and added chicken for an additional $8. The salad wasn’t great, and the amount of chicken you get is minimal. Service was overall pretty good. $30 for a salad and soda you expect it to be better. I’d choose other options on the property for food.

Absolutely Disgusted by the Manager’s Behavior- NEIL at CROC’S
I’m writing this on behalf of my friend, who had one of the most upsetting dining experiences I’ve ever witnessed. She has a medical condition..*liver disease, which makes her cautious about what she eats. She ordered calamari, and almost immediately after eating it, she became violently ill and began vomiting.
Instead of showing concern or professionalism, the manager, Neil, responded with shocking disrespect. Rather than offering help or checking in on her well-being, he blamed her illness on her medical condition in a dismissive and completely uncalled-for manner. His exact comment implied that she was at fault simply for having liver disease. That is not only inappropriate, but it also lacked any empathy, understanding, or basic human decency.
The Omni Hotel should be absolutely ashamed to have someone like Neil representing them in a management position. Hospitality begins with compassion, and Neil demonstrated none.
We won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—especially those with medical conditions or dietary sensitivities. Restaurants are in the business of care and service. Neil clearly missed that memo.

My mom didn’t get her food, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to serve the food, the place is nice itself but there wasn’t good service and they had staff shortages.
