I hosted/went to an event here and it was fabulous. Great open space, available for cheap. We used the onsite kitchen to do our own food. Drinks were cheap and strong.
My only complaint was that we had reserved the place for a private event and people kept sneaking in from the bar downstairs. The location is odd because it is in the middle of a residential zone. If you are doing an event here, be aware that there are NO options for post-party shenanigans anywhere but the bar downstairs.

We have a big family and rent it regularly. It’s like having a share cabin / party house. You bring your own food and liquor but they offer all amenities. Freezer, fridge, bar area with taps for your own kegs. Kitchen with every cooking thing you might need including a range. All commercial resteraunt size. A stage that can be a theater and a fenced yard to let the minors burn off sugar

If you are looking for a decent hole in the wall, you have found it. Crowd is either considerably older and won’t look at you, or younger and is beyond drunk. Probably has fights sometimes but it’s not gang related which is a nice change of scenery from the surrounding area. Would recommend.
