Phenomenal. I ordered a ham egg and cheese croissant and it was made hot fresh and delicious in that nyc style I can’t find anywhere else. Seriously, I have been looking for a spot like this since I moved to Syracuse in 2020. Please give this man your business- his food is a million times better than these overpriced gentrified coffee shops downtown

Lovely staff! Great food with daily specials. Everything is always fresh and made to order. Plan on going early or plan a little extra time for lunch rush. Eat in or take out.
If anyone is downtown near the Galleries building, Cristo’s Cafe has great breakfast sandwiches and coffee! My go to is a sausage egg and cheese with bacon and hot sauce on a jalapeno cheddar bagel with a cup of Jamaican me Crazy coffee! (Enter from McKenzie Hughes tower on Warren St)

It is a great place to get drinks, snacks and/or eat breakfast and lunch sandwiches, gyros, bagels, soup, deserts etc. with some interesting daily specials. Conveniently located in the middle of the galleries building. Owners = Husband(Cristo) & Wife(Nikki) work onsite most of the time.

I have had their lattes, gyros, deserts, homemade soup and breakfast sandwiches- all delicious. Food can be ordered to go or they have some seating in the cafe and in the lobby area.
They accept Apple Pay & credit cards but will pass the 50 cent cost to you. At least they have the option; the pizza place (Pavone’s) across the street will not take them at all at their downtown location.

Cristo’s Cafe is a family owned cafe located in the Galleries of Downtown Syracuse. Food quality is exceptional. Rami and Georgina are simply wonderful people. The love they have for their customers shows through in every interaction. It is one of my favorite places to get lunch during my work day.

I love this place. I just moved to Syracuse, and I am a deaf vegetarian. I order the veggie pita and get the hummus with pretzels out of the refrigerated case. Add a bottle of water, and you get a perfect lunch. The gyros are tempting, but they contain meat. The desserts contain too much sugar for me–they look good too. The staff is very friendly.

Very kind, and friendly staff. Great place for a quick bite to eat. Amazing soups and desserts. Coffees are great. They try to buy local as much as they can, which is a huge plus.

I come here often for lunch. Good coffee, soup, and sandwiches at reasonable prices. The couple that run the café are very nice people!

My husband did a tile job for Chirsto. Spent multiple days and hours making sure it was perfect and this man refuses to pay for the final product. He clearly isn’t an honest business man.
