Our Story Crispy started as the logo for the R.T. Englund Company, a produce grower and distributor in the late 1940s through the late 70’s. After being quiet for a few years, Crispy resurfaced as the mascot for a California-inspired restaurant in Oklahoma in the mid 1980s through early 2000, founded by Englund’s daughter. In 2019, Englund’s grandson revived the legacy, establishing Crispy’s Farms in Blanchard, OK. Our vision includes farming, community engagement, and reviving a schoolhouse for farm experiences. Crispy’s Trading Co. expands this vision, aiming to connect families and communities through food, history, and land. Pablo- The guy in the kitchen.

Love having this place close by! We have eaten here several times and it’s always delicious. This morning I had the pimento BLT and that is my new go to breakfast order. That sandwich is ! The hash browns are also bomb. We also got some chicken salad to go. I have no doubt it will be excellent.

Ate here for the first time on our way through town. Nice place to eat – great food and excellent friendly service! My wife tried the Crispy salad and at the suggestion of the waitress she added a scoop of their homemade chicken salad. My wife was impressed and cleaned her plate! I’m not much of a salad person but their Italian dressing that came with it was homemade and very tasty along with the chicken salad. I tried their Indian taco (minus the lettuce because salad…) and gotta say their fry bread was perfect! Crispy on the outside but soft and tender on the inside, was very good! We also took a container of their strawberry NillaCake to try at home. We just tried it. Wow! This is awesome!!! Highly recommend it for dessert!
Overall very pleased with our experience today. The next time we pass through Blanchard we will have to eat here again.

We found our new Saturday morning breakfast spot the biscuits and gravy, pimento cheese BLT, and breakfast burrito were out of this world delicious! And the service is just as good as the food.
Chef then brought us an even tastier treat: a pork carnitas taco fresh off the grill with homemade salsa and chimichurri. Can’t wait to try the puddings we grabbed to go and the chili verde next time Crispy’s Trading Co.

Oh my goodness! That was amazing! We had the biscuits and gravy – to share. I had the breakfast croissant. I don’t even really know what my husband had… I was hypnotized by my food… but it looked like some type of omelet. The hashbrowms were perfect… ok… I need to stop writing this review cause’ how am I hungry and full all at the same time! I’ll leave you with pictures.

Finally gave Crispy’s a try and I’m glad I did! Our food was amazing, and the service was the best I’ve had in a while. I really recommend the lasagna if you’re there for dinner, it was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time.

Service is very nice and polite! Food is the best in town by far! From appetizers to the dessert Paul does an amazing job on everything he serves. Food is just as good as a fancy 5 star restaurant if not better. Go check out Crispy’s and order anything, you won’t be disappointed!
