Bad customer service. Workers shouldn’t tell customers to wait if customer approaches counter. Immediately they should drop what their doing and help customer. On top of it, when scaling food. Do not put it in the box and then scale it. They should scale the food first so it doesn’t add more weight for customer to pay for. That is bad service.
