Also, my kid really loved the Teddy Bear dosa from Head Chef. Thanks a lot.
You cannot go wrong with any of their Thali options. Was especially impressed by the Kadai Paneer Punjabi and their naans. Nitin, along-with Geetha, Foram and others ensured that we had a great dining experience.
Another good choice is their Breakfast Buffet.
A must try for sure.
I had a wonderful experience with Crispy Dosa Sutton. I dined in for a light breakfast. The chilli and green chutneies were so good. The ambience is also nice. The idlis were of good taste (remained me about my home town). There’s good seating capacity for small and medium to large get together. The place is also easy to find, in the high street itself. Outdoor seating is also available. The staffs are of helping and polite nature (appreciate the team). It was not too busy when I visited, so may be because of it, I received my order without much delays, so thereby reducing my waiting time.
The reason I gave only 4.5 star is because the wash areas and toilets could have been kept little more tidy and clean. I know there will be scheduled time for that, still keeping notice of such small small things enhances customer satisfaction. Also in the website it was given as £4.50 for 3 idlis, but on hill it was £4.95. That’s fine. It isn’t a big deal. Still notices a change in the price.
We loved the gujrathi thali, onion uttappa and masala tea. The taste was really authentic.
Special mention and shoutout for 2 angels, Mr Anish and Ms Saisree.
After our lunch, we left and on reaching home, I realised that I left something at the restaurant. Both Anish and Saisree were extremely generous and genuine over the phone. They have gone out of the way to help me get it back. I was really touched by their honesty, caring nature as well as all the kindness. I wish them all the very best in their career and life. I would recommend this homely place and food to everyone. A must place to visit in Sutton for food. ❤️❤️ Mrs Gayatri
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the place had a warm, relaxed vibe. It was a great experience overall — good food, good service, and even better with that 25% Hungry Tables discount. I’ll definitely be coming back!
During the call, I clearly informed them that I do not want green peas or spring onions in the Schezwan noodles. Usually, the Schezwan noodles from here are very tasty, but this time the taste was not good.
The main disappointment is that despite informing them on the call, the noodles still arrived with green peas and spring onions.
Additionally, I had requested cutlery, but none was provided with the order.
Waitng for food 30 min mains came 1st and starter after .food is cold.
Only one staff on the floor .resturant is full no support to her.
No taste at all.all chutney was tasteless found big chunk of ginger in chutney as well.
Lentil is main taste of dosa which was taste less
