Awesome new dessert place! We had a specialty build your own cone and a hot fruit cone. The Labor Day special was a free hot fruit cone! The flavors are amazing. I thought the price seemed steep but you’re getting toppings and sauces and everything it’s actually a good price for an ice cream sundae. The cones are SO good, we had one regular and one specialty that was biscoff. The soft serve ice cream was VERY good, and we are picky about ice cream! Staff was friendly, there was no wait to order. Can’t wait to come back!

I stopped at Crispy Cone for a quick treat. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. There were many options to choose from. Not only was the ice cream outstanding, but let me tell you about the service. I was greeted almost immediately and she was extremely pleasant. I placed my order and watched her make my cone. I asked her if I could record her making it (as I was just amazed,lol). She agreed. The cone she made looked like a masterpiece! The owner, extremely friendly. He stood there and talked to me for a little while. I took some of the cone home and he even offered to put more ice cream in the cup for me. If you want a great treat and absolutely OUTSTANDING service, take a trip to Crispy Cones! If i could give them unlimited stars I would.

This place makes legit real soft serve ice cream! Best I’ve had since being overseas! The pastry like cones are delicious. They are large cones so come hungry or share with a friend. Can’t wait to go back and try other flavors.

Walking into the shop, we felt a bit lost and confusing. * In this kind of business, the first thing customers need is eye contact to show their welcome or a menu to focus on.

The peanut butter filling was acceptable, but the chocolate soft serve flavor could have been of better quality. The chocolate cream tasted just okay, but it lacked the rich, premium chocolate flavor that makes you wanna have more or feel unique.
The cinnamon and sugar cone was sweet + vanilla ~sweet soft serve (not rich and creamy enough) so we thought ordered the raspberry sauce hoping it would help cut through the sweetness of everything, expecting a high-quality sauce with a naturally sweet and sour flavor. ♀️But it turned out to be a cheap, overly sweet sauce drizzled over items that were already excessively sweet.
♂️* , but unfortunately, it’s quite disappointing. It’s neither crispy nor flavorful; it’s just bland and overly sweet.
# The floor and table were dirty and sticky. I feel like everything is sticky . It would be good if there was alcohol gel for customers.
♀️Everything made our dessert experience quite bad. especially given the price and the beautiful presentation in photos and videos. End of the honest review. Thank you.

Small space with an odd set-up, needs a big “order here” sign above the self-serve kiosk or something.
It’s new so of course it was crowded and they were a bit slow, but that’s expected week 1.
The Biscoff cone was absolutely delicious. Might be the best ice cream idea, the way the hot “cone” melts the ice cream. those last few bites are magical.
Cant wait to go back!

The cone makes it so unique and different. The flavor of that cone, coupled with all the goodies inside and really good texture and tasting soft serve ice cream. I’m very impressed on my experience overall and cant wait to try other types on my next visit.

So I went with my daughter on a week day in the early morning! So luckily we were the only ones there! There is approx 4 high top tables (no chairs)
And then 3/4 low tables with 4 chairs each. So depending on how busy, you’ll be able to sit inside!
I got a traditional cone (which is superior in my opinion) filled with Nutella, vanilla and strawberries! It was really good! I 100% would get it again! The cones are like a soft dough and they were delicious!
My biggest advice is to make sure you grab lots of napkins and get an extra cup, it melts pretty fast and gets messy to just easier to pop the ice cream in a separate cup!
My biggest complaint is that no one answers the phones no matter how much you call. I drove from an hour away and when I got there the open sign wasn’t on so I was nervous! But I told them and they turned it on.

Super impressed with the ice cream, cones and the staff. They were jam packed busy, like as busy as they could possibly be, building completely packed and they miraculously kept things running smoothly with a pretty complex product to make. The cone part is no simple thing! It was also really delicious! You choose if you want the original cone (cinnamon/sugar) or the specialty cone (biscoff this month). Then you can fill it with things like Nutella or peanut butter, jelly, then you choose vanilla, swirl or chocolate ice cream and your toppings. I am so so impressed with how they’re running this business in this VERY busy opening day. We’ll be back!

This place was great! They had a long line with just having opened up shop, but kept things moving. We enjoyed getting to see how they put everything together. My husband and I both enjoyed our Crispy Cones and were able to customize them easily when ordering to suit both our tastes. I really enjoyed the Boston Cream flavor they had on special! Will definitely be back again soon!
