I stopped in on a Friday and was blown away by how fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crispy the jian bing was. The crepe was light and golden, the fillings were really generous, and the balance of savory sauces was spot on. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite.
I especially like their staff! The staff was friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast, a quick snack, or something comforting and satisfying, this place delivers every time.

I really liked the crepe! There was so many fillings and a good portion of everything in it. One order was able to feed 3 people and we also got some Tea Eggs which reminded me of home.
I would say if you need a quick and affordable bite as a college kid, this is the place to go.

Wow this was really good! I’ve never had anything like this before, but I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The crepe is delicious and crispy but soft. The portions are very generous. 10/10 recommend. Only suggestions would be to have water available since it can take some time to get your order since it is made extremely fresh

The food quality has declined badly since the soft opening. The soy milk was only half full, and the shredded potatoes I paid extra for were completely missing.
While the staff seemed inexperienced during the soft opening, they were at least careful and tried to do things properly. Now, that effort is gone, and the overall experience feels careless. There is honestly no reason for me to come back.

The jianbing is very authentic, tasting almost exactly like the ones back in China. The crispy crackers are fried in-house, fragrant and perfectly crunchy. The red date soy milk is also delicious, with a rich red date flavor and a smooth, silky texture. The tea eggs are great too, braised to aromatic perfection. Highly recommend everyone give them a try!

I’m so glad that this spot opened up in Kirkland, the crispy savory crepe/jianbing we got was so delicious and affordable. It was lighter than some of the other places I’ve tried, but I prefer that because you can customize it however you want. They just opened so expect a slightly longer wait but I’m hoping they stick around for a long time!
