Small Italian place on the train tracks near Bridgewater center. Place is just ok. I had the veal parm. It a little thicker than expected. Not fork worthy. Taste was ok but the fried oil flavor waa coming thru heavily. Service was just ok and atmosphere is bland. Bread was very good!

An amazing local family business. Wife and l have dined here dozens of times over the years, place never disappoints in any way. Food is fantastic, portions are huge. Wait staff is always kind and prompt.
My wife and I use Crispi’s as a top bench mark to compare other Italian restaurants to, nothing compares.

Decent food, horrible business model. They close the kitchen at 8 and answer phones at their liking, so if you’re looking for a takeout meal after work – you’re out of luck. For only being operable 12 hours a week, the lack of other good restaurants in the area must keep them busy. Small, family ran staff that’s not creating any new jobs for the town.

Went to Crispi’s on a Friday night for my mother in laws birthday (yawn). Walked in the joint and immediately vibes were subpar. Had to wait about 4 minutes for a table. Who do they think I am. I’m the Rachinator, that’s who. When we finally got to the table after what felt like a Fortnite, the chair was uncomfortable. The evening was still redeemable with a solid meal. But not for long. As any true Italian, I ordered the gabagool. The waitress looked at me like I was an idiot. She then said “we don’t have any gabagool, you idiot”. I had to settle, for a Caesar salad. The meal itself was fine. Nothing negative to report on. But the night was ruined when I was made a gabafool. I have never been more embarassed in my life. What type of “iTaLiAn ReStAuRaNt” has no gabagool? Give me a break. I will not be returning. You have lost a high value customer, Mr. Crispi. In the time it took me to write this review, I have made it halfway back to my car after narrowly avoiding being struck by the train.

Crispi’s is tough to beat for bold flavors and great Italian food. From appetizer, my wife and I had Scallops Casino which were cooked perfectly and flavorful. I had Chicken Gorgonzola Roma and my wife and Chicken Crispino…both very flavorful and incredible. Staff was friendly and attentive in a very nice, homey atmosphere.

Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 pastas & 3 pieces of shrimp cocktail. The lady told me 80 dollars. Doesn’t make sense at all. Now when I call to cancel order because I can get something way more satisfying for so much cheaper she hangs up on me. This is unprofessional and sad because I actually thought their food was decent. But geesh be humble

Recently came to what I thought was a fine establishment, but it turns out i’ve been hoodwinked pretty gosh dang good. First off this parking situation is madness, my wife shelia had a hoot trying to find adequate parking for her convertible suburu outback and let me tell you it’s not easy getting that thing into a parking lot as pitiful as there’s. Needless to say on the 3 mile and yes I mean 3 mile walk to the restaraunt itself made us want to turn right around, but i’ve been hearing glorious things about there “Gabagool”. We are seated by a ragtag group of miscreiants none older than the age of 5 all chanting in a melancholy tone “We got Cricket We got Cricket”. But I won’t let that break my stride. After finally getting settled in with a delicious Coleslaw Martini (odd but scrumptious they should make arancini’s as such) it came time to order. Now this is the real kicker I say with a smile from ear to ear “Maam i’ll have your gabagool please” and to my delight I am shamed no, EMBARRASSED in front of the whole establishment. I have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and quite honestly i’m done. As i’m writing this walking back to my wife’s suburu outback at least i’ve met another fellow patron who was also tricked.

Went to Crispies tonight for Friday night date night. Had not been there in quite awhile figured we would give it a shot. Bad idea! Got seated right away, another party was seated shortly after us and the hostess immediately got them bread. Never asked us if we wanted any. The waitress eventually come over and asked what we want for drinks, had to ask for a drink menu. She got us ONE menu. Came back in a few minutes with the bread , which was very good, and walked away without asking us what we want to drink. Eventually ordered our drinks and some garlic bread. Garlic bread was good but somewhat burnt. Ordered our meals and had to ask for water. Hubby ordered haddock with crab meat stuffing and linguine, I ordered Chicken Parm. The chicken parm came out quickly, she had another plate in her hand but realized it did not belong to us, she said his order would be ”right out”. My chicken parm was tasty even though it was a bit crispy around the edges. Waitress came by again and said “ yours will be right out” 10 minutes later another person came by asking if everything was as okay, my husband pointed out that he did not have his food yet, she went back and checked and said “it will be right out” , tick tock tick tock , the waitress came by and said she will go check on it, at least 15 -20 minutes went by, his meal finally came out , without the linguine , she put it down and quickly walked away to get his linguine, his meal was burnt!!!! She came out two more times to other customers without his linguine, we had to flag her over to send back the food. By now I was half way thru my meal so I just asked for a second plate so he could eat mine for dinner. Earlier I had also ordered corn chowder to go, while we were sitting there customers were leaving and the waitress said “wait don’t forget your corn chowder “ the customer said we didn’t order corn chowder, I reminded her that was for me. We asked for the manager, she came out with a bit of an attitude, when my husband showed her the pic of his fish she said ya that looks a little dark! We also pointed out the burnt garlic bread and she said that’s how they cook it. They took the fish and garlic bread off the menu but with attitude. While we were sitting there we heard the waitress telling customers their specials, never did we hear the specials, when we asked her about that she said “ well you knew what you wanted so I didn’t bother” we only knew what we wants cause we didn’t know they had specials. Anyhow, we will not be returning there . Shame, was a nice family owned hometown restaurant that is not worth going too. Sorry for the long review but so much went wrong tonight. Only have 2 pics, the burnt fish and the burnt garlic bread. Make note the menus are still sitting on the table too.

Service staff is great but the food is not fresh at all. They heat it up and it’s clear that it has been sitting for a while. Yes it’s convenient that it comes out super quickly, but I like fresh food, especially at those prices. This is the second time I have given this place a try.
