My husband favorite chicken restaurant is Crispy and Juicy, this new location is closer to home, the staff is friendly specially Jose, he gives a great customer service, very attentive and polite. The chicken tastes delicious, the yucca fries perfectly cooked and crunchy, the rice and beans also taste fresh. The restaurant is clean, spacious and cozy, parking lot is free, but too small. We definitely coming back again!!

I ordered dark, she charged me for white, receipt says one price for white $14.28, the board says one price $13.04 for dark $13.73 for white, and charges me for a bag which I didn’t get because I ate in the store, I bring it up to her attention and she gives me a nasty attitude about the discrepancy and says it’s with taxes and I said no taxes are added up at the end of the receipt! She handed me $2.00 cash To top it off, there’s leaks in the store, one above the salad bar!! This is disgusting and needs to be shut down! I will never come to this place again and I advice people to check their receipts when ordering here!

I was just there getting my regular meal, which is the 1/4 dark chicken, fried platano and primavera rice.
And it’s always delicious. I think I always get the same cook and cashier and they’re both always so friendly and make delicious food and it’s always made quick.
I’m glad this location is here and I continue to be a repeat customer.
So in conclusion, great service & great food! Highly recommend!

We decided to give it a try for dinner since we were in the area & it didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious, flavorful and a great amount for the price. We ordered a family meal and it was more than enough for our family of 5 and we even took some home.

The whole Chicken with crispy skin and juicy meat, french fries and the Arroz Chaufu (Fried rice, and chicken with soy sauce, scrambled egg and spring onion) were spiced and cooked perfectly.
Staff are friendly and care about the food they serve. We always order for take out as the seating is limited and the atmosphere is least part of the experience at this Crisp and Juicy.

Great location. Parking and access can be difficult because it’s right on Colesville. The people at the counter are polite and friendly. The chicken is consistently good. Side salads are not great, but I guess most people aren’t going to this place for salad.

Engell and Autoro were absolutely out of this world!! It was me I was the problem or Ubers I’ll let you decided. I placed an order through uber eats to the wrong location. I know why not check? Well uber is known finding the location. Closest to you or so I assumed. I call uber they are like we don’t care. I call the store and all of the food was complete. I understand this is on me. I just wish uber would have offered some type of solution. Anyways crisp and juicy took care of me !! They replaced the order and were polite throughout the entire process even with me panicking!! Truly a wonderful experience, that doesn’t happen often. I will be coming back 1million stars. These billion dollar companies should take note I haven’t even tasted the food but I know it’s just amazing
