Had delivery when I went to DC to visit a friend, it was 20 degrees outside and the food arrived hot (I’m sure the short trip assisted but off to a great start) The food was delicious. The potato salad was a joy for me. I’m use to Amish style potato salad and this was different and tasty. The chicken was fantastic. Cooked perfectly. Juicy and tender. The Flan for desert was a good addition. I will definitely eat here again!

I ordered half a chicken for the first time tonight and was very impressed with the quality and flavor of the chicken, yucca and rice and beans. I love that rice and beans together was one side item. The skin was crispy, but the chicken itself was very tender and perfectly cooked. The yellow and red sauces were both delicious.This is my new favorite takeout.!

They lost a star for not having water other than bottled water. It is illegal not providing tap water to diners on request.
We ordered the family meal for 4 people (it’s advertised to feed 3-4 people) and they only provided one set of utensils. They seemed surprised when we asked for more. One napkin per person, no additional. Of course, the kids dropped their napkins on the floor and we had to resort to getting towels from the restroom. I wouldn’t eat here with kids again.

I would never eat here. I order the wings and they are really red in the middle, but they did remake them. I wished they gave me my money back instead because the wings aren’t good. Also, they only have blue cheese, no ranch. The place is clean, the service is 5/5 but the food not good. So sorry.

I used to love to come here on a weekly basis for the quality of the food and the value. They served good flavor for a reasonable cost. During my last visit on 8/19/25, I was very disappointed. Not only has the cost ballooned. (More than $15 for a quarter chicken breast with two sides and no drink), the chicken was dry, overcooked and the portion was small, barely a mouthful of white meat. The side of fries and plantains made up for the lacking protein, but it was no longer worth the price. I don’t see myself returning as it is no longer a good value for the quality of their offering.

The chicken is juicy the skins are crisp. Th sides like Rice and beans, plantains with a very nice carmelized exterior, and yuca are incredible. To top it all off their sauces are the best and can be put on anything.

This specific crisp and juicy is outrageous giving only one tiny sauce with my order of 1/4 chicken 2 sides which my order consisted of yuca and coleslaw. It’s ridiculous that they only give you ONE TINY sauce! And they charge you 45 cents to buy extra sauces! I’ve been going to crisp and juicy for years but at other locations and this specific location is the bottom of the barrel. The woman at the counter is rude with such a frown on her face. Not very welcoming. My yuca fries were overcooked. The woman at the counter was saying to take a picture of the code near the iPads where the link will send you to leave a review and you will get free sauces, that’s just ludicrous. My order took for ever and the restaurant was practically empty. They seem to prioritize online ordering. The coleslaw was ok more creamy than usual. The chicken was good and juicy. And I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel like crisp and juicy has shrunk their sauce cups. Smh
