CRISP CHIK’N is an absolute gem for anyone who loves delicious, crispy, and flavorful fried chicken. The chicken tenders were good. My son is the chicken tender connoisseur and gave them a passing grade. We tried 3 different fries – sweet potato waffle, waffle, and straight cut. We all agreed the waffle fries were best with my wife and I agreeing the sweet potato fries were the best overall and my son going with the regular waffle fries for the win. The regular straight cut fries were good but outclassed by the crispy goodness of the waffle fries. As could be expected, the only downside is this was all fried food but this outing was for fun, not health food. The staff was especially friendly and kind. The gentleman who is a junior at West Chester went out of his way at the end to ask my son if he’s going to West Chester (he is; freshman) and took a moment to say he was happy going there and good luck. Really, it only takes small moments like this for people to make a difference. Good job hiring good people!

Fresh and flavorful! We were greeted right away when entering. The employees are helpful in giving recommendations if you’re unsure with all the options. You have the option of ordering at the register or kiosk (I like to see pictures of the food when making a decision).
The tenders were HUGE! The sandwich had a nice piece of chicken that was juicy/moist in the best way possible. Waffle fries were the perfect compliment and you can make meals with a fry and bottled soda.
Don’t skip on the sauces! We tried their Crisp sauce (their signature sauce), bourbon BBQ, and Ranch. The Crisp sauce is addicting and the BBQ was slightly sweet and a little smokey.
Finally we decided we had a little room for something sweet. They have chocolate chip cookies (1 extra large or 2 regular size) and a bunch of milkshake flavors. Since it’s January we went with the cookie option. They are fresh baked that are slightly moist in the center and a perfect blend of dark chocolate and sweet cookie. Can’t wait to go back and try other options!

They have good burgers too . I’ve been here twice, I got a chicken wrap and last night I got a rodeo BBQ bacon burger or whatever it was called. They were both good, I liked the burger better. I also got waffle fries both times, they were tasty and crispy. My friends got chicken and waffles and a chicken sandwich. They said they were good too. The people there were very friendly and the food came out fast as well. Next time I gotta try the chicken and waffles. I’m making myself hungry writing this one.

On Dec 7, 2025 I ordered 20 wings with buffalo sauce for pick up, and waffle fries. The wings were completely burnt (why would anyone serve this to a customer?) and the fries were very soggy. So disappointing! Especially because this place is expensive.

I ordered here one day and had a great experience and loved the food. My wife I decided to order again and whoever was cooking Saturday June 7th at around 5:30 should no longer be cooking here. I cannot tell you how horrible the burgers were. They were so burnt it wasn’t edible. Not only were 2 items missing burgers were missing cheese as well. The quality was almost like they recooked used food they had laying around. Never again coming here. Obviously zero care for what’s going to people.

Have yet to taste their beef products, but the chicken is amazing, can’t go wrong with the tenders, bites, or patties. Sauces are good, fries are superb and the service is always friendly. Shakes are great too! Great restaurant
