Healthy tasty salad bowls! Loved it. Have clearly marked vegan ingredients for dressings, toppings, etc.

Great little spot to get a salad and a smoothie. Lettuce was crisp ingredients. Tasted fresh customer service was great and the smoothie didn’t have a bunch of additives to it! I would recommend and will return.

I have never written a bad review, but our experience here was ridiculous. My husband drove over 40 minutes in the snow to pick up dinner and there were several missing toppings on both of our meals when he got home. No black beans, no poblanos and roasted corn, no cabbage, etc. Not to mention, we ordered and paid for double chicken for him and the amount he got was 100% not double chicken. It was laughable. Paying $36 for such a small amount of food and not even what we ordered is not ok. We ordered over an hour before closing but it was clear when he picked up the food that all they wanted to do was go home. If you have listed hours, then you should be able to make any given bowl within that time frame.

Whatever you do, do not get the smoothies from here!! This is the worst smoothie I have ever tasted in my life. It tasted exactly like how a lush bath bomb smells.
I got it without banana and she warned that it would be icy which I was fine with, but it was the exact opposite of icy. This was barely cold and tasted like a super thick green juice, along with stringy pieces of pineapple and mango.
I cannot believe I just wasted $9 on a smoothie that I could only take two sips of. Absolutely do not get a smoothie from here.
EDIT for the managers response. I can confidently say that adding a banana to this smoothie would not have made it any better. My comments about the smoothie still stand. It was warm and very thick and pulpy, nothing like a smoothie texture, consistency, flavor. I’m not sure if there was a newbie making my drink that day or what but this is truly the worst smoothie I’ve ever had in my life and I accidentally just drank a smoothie that had been sitting out a few hours. Just go next door and get a better smoothie from rush bowls.

Newly opened salad heaven, far from old town but worth the trip. Exceptionally fresh ingredients, artfult plates and healthy dressings. Also, fresh, low calorie drinks to complement the meal. I tried the seoul bowl and it was light, healthy and yummy. Next time I’ll try the wild child , they can make that vegetarian! The ingredients in most salad places feel like Disneyland actors, jovial at a distance but devoid of joy when you meet in person. This was not the case, here, I was pleased to find extremely fresh, top quality tofu and mushrooms, vtwo ingredients often abused and exiled.

I placed an online order. I showed up 15 mins later and still had to wait another 10 mins. When inquired why it was taking so long, they were rude and dismissive. An apology would have been nice. Won’t go back.

Crisp & Green off Harmony in the Fort Collins–Timnath area has become one of our favorite spots for quick, healthy meals. I usually stick to my favorite grain and salad bowls, but honestly, the sauces alone are enough to keep us coming back. They’re fresh, bold, and crave-worthy—my mouth literally waters just driving by.
I also love that they serve kombucha and offer balanced, nourishing choices that feel way better than standard fast food. Whether it’s the quality of the ingredients or just a healthier “halo,” it feels like food I can feel good about—especially on busy days when we’re short on time but still want something satisfying & nutritious.
The atmosphere is clean and modern, and ordering is always quick and easy. If you’re looking for a fast-casual option that doesn’t compromise on nutrition or flavor, Crisp & Green delivers.

The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is the price. The price of a build your own salad is pretty steep.

Our first time here. Wish we’d discovered it a long time ago! Great REAL food choices! Our food was top-notch except parts of the wild rice were rock-hard, so much so I was worried about chipping a tooth. The brussels sprouts were delicious! Service was pleasant and efficient. The other issues I have that could be easily fixed are the lights are really, really bright, so If they could be dimmed it would help, especially since nearly everything is white. The other issue is when workers were cleaning on a few occasions, the noise of the chairs being pulled out and pushed back in was pretty loud and disturbing. Is there a way bottoms of chairs could be covered to make it quieter or some other solution? Thanks, would love to be back.
