Whenever an online order is placed many ingredients seem to be missing. My husband surprised me with the Ah Greek out and a children’s bowl for my son, and they both were missing the chicken. When I spoke to my husband about it he said his salad was missing 3 of his upgrade ingredients. This is not the first or second time this has happened. These salads and bowls are not cheap, so for it to consistently happen is a huge disappointment. My husband wrote in with his concerns, and it has been two weeks with no response. Historically we have also had to wait 20-30+min longer than the estimated pick up time for our orders as well. This is hard to do with a young child. I would like to add that when we go in to order or eat in the store the food and service is always great.

This location isn’t as good as other locations, we got 3 bowls and 2 of them missed ingredients or had excessive amount of dressing. The loyalty program is disappointing because they don’t care here.

My family and I just received our door dash order and it was a thrown together disgusting mess, with items missing and mystery items added… I wish I would have read the recent reviews of this place before we ordered.

I went in and got the southwest wrap which was good but the customer service was pretty bad and almost nonexistent. There was a woman working who seemed to be leading the staff and did not say hello or anything and neither did the person who I ordered from. The individual I ordered from rang me up and as soon as my card payment was approved he left me at the register and walked away without saying a word. I was not asked if I wanted a receipt or anything, he just abruptly left to do something the other woman had asked him to do. I value customer service and after reading other reviews it looks like this location greatly lacks in this area. Very unfortunate considering the food was good.

I ordered through their app for delivery to my work, one of their shrimp salads and a coffee protien shake.. the salad was absolutely delicious.. I didn’t get my shake though. I called and spoke to someone (forgot to get their name) and they said they were sorry and would add credit to my account for my next order. Next day looking into my account and no credit was added. I called again and the guy said they did not even have an option to do something like that.. so now even though I enjoyed the salad A LOT, I don’t trust that I’ll get my full order from this store any longer. I feel like I was lied to just to get me off the phone or something.

District store Manager was not wearing gloves and cut up avocados and other food prep. She was wiping her hands on her clothing and dashing around the store. When confronted by myself with no gloves, she was defensive, aggressive and made excuses that she is washing hands and certified in food safety. She sarcastically asked if I wanted her to make the wrap over. Very unprofessional! Also, she had EXTREME loud music(rolled out a big speaker)playing and dancing and employees were unable to hear us/customers. This was beyond unprofessional.
Update: please stop making excuses to the “owners of c&g” for the service or therefore lack of and do something about it! I’m reading reviews since mine and it appears like you keep saying you want to learn more about it… well, what else do you need to know other than the truth told by customers? do some research on your own by talking to your employees (discipline?) and maybe look at the cameras. There’s potential here with the menu but without customer service and cleanliness, this place could fail.

Tried the new Crispy Medi wrap and it was delicious. There’s several other things I want to come back and try. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Staff was cleaning in their downtime which is always refreshing to see especially coming from a background working for the Health Department.
