My husband and I have been frequenting this place for about a decade; it has changed hands since we first started coming here. Since the new owner took over the food has been of mostly consistent quality, and a few new menu options have been added. This review reflects our disappointment with the bartender/wait staff held over since the change of hands. On more than one occasion they have been unable to properly place a simple order in the system, and as of tonight I have had enough. We came out tonight after having avoided the place for several months (due to horrendous service and cold food the last time we dined here.) We prefer locally owned places to chain restaurants, so we decided to give it another go. What a mistake. The same server was tending bar, and besides barely being cordial, she could not manage to place a simple request in the system for well-done fresh cut fries. When I brought this to the staff’s attention and asked them to drop the fries in the fryer again please, no apology was offered. She just stated she did not hear me say “well-done”, deflecting blame. This whole situation could have been avoided if she did not try to memorize our order rather than writing it down and reading it back to confirm. This is a common practice in many restaurants. I hope they decide to implement it here, but we definitely will not be back to find out if they did.

Ok walking in to a place o have never been before but heard many good things. I started out with Tuscan vegetable soup which came out very hot for s colder day. Had what looks like a little creamy. Very delicious. I ordered the meatloaf dinner which came with choice of potato, I got their fresh cut fries with gravy. I got cole slaw which was creamy, filling and delicious. Their meatloaf was baked to perfection, seasoned well topped with gravy. Can’t wait to come back, you all have to check this place out.

You Need To Know? Arrived around 5;45 & chose to sit at the bar. Service was prompt & friendly. Drinks were stiff & very cold which was well needed on this hot day. Ordered the chicken parm, a Reuben, & a cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was excellent with just the right amount of stringy cheese. The reuben sandwich was good. The coleslaw that comes with the sandwiches is a must try, it was excellent. The chicken parm was a huge piece of chicken breast but it was soaking in the marinara sauce. Too much sauce for our liking. Overall a great bar room environment with delicious better than just bar food tastes. Now You Know!

Most of our food was REALLY good but the wings were tiny and overcooked underneath the tasty sauce. I learned that Manhattan Clam Chowder is definitely NOT New England Clam Chowder!! That’s on me, I reckon. For the record, the clam chowder here is more like vegetable soup with a runny, red base and minimal clam…thereby making Manhattan-style apparently.
The atmosphere here is fantastic and does ample justice to the “Irish Pub” moniker. Come on out and enjoy yourself!! You won’t be disappointed! SLÁINTE

Couldn’t wait to try there piggy dinner. What a disappointment. The worst piggy dinner I ever had. Couldn’t cut the cabbage. The sauce had a bad taste. It wasn’t tomato sauce. The insides had to much fillers . My suggestion to you is take them off your menu

From the moment we walked in we were treated so kind. The atmosphere is so calming after such a hard day, the green makes you feel relaxed warm and cozy. The pizza is a homemade crust which tastes like warm baked bread with OOEY GOOEY REAL MOZZETELLA CHEESE. The sauce like the old country. The Cajun wings I had and ordered the honey hot sauce on the side and the wing sauces are all 100% tasty with so much flavor you just CANT BE DISAPPOINTED no matter the sauce you choose. The pierogis are made with homemade dough, presented beautifully with real butter sauce and carmelized onions and peppered ever so lightly eith parsley. We had to have the mini tacos which were huge compared to the store bought ones with sour cream and such fresh salsa!!!!! The coffee is keurig and served in a festive shamrock coffee mug not a small cup by no means a hefty cup of coffee!!! Ahhh delicious!!!. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT THE WAITRESSES DONT KEEP BOTHERING YOU BUT COME AT RIGHT TIMES AND ARE AS COMPETENT AND COUTEOUS AS THEY COME. Prices are definately good and the whole experience was just wonderful. This was a restaurant undercooked FOR SURE AND NOW A FAVORITE OF MINE!!!!
