Abby, a barista, is very upbeat and handles a busy morning very well. Last Tuesday a friend and I stopped in for our first visit. Both the drive-thru and the inside area were busy, Abby had fantastic customer service. I stopped by today knowing I could have a clean place to change a baby, rather than a gas station restroom. Highly recommend the berry loose leaf tea hot!!!

This is my new favorite place to get a blended White Mocha! There’s no other place that blends coffee to perfection like Crimson. The staff is also really nice every time I go! They answer the drive through with the happiest tone and it really adds to the experience. I drive past at least 2 other coffee shops just to go to this one! Keep it up ❤️

Outstanding customer service. I got a Mayan mocha and was very satisfied. The barista even suggested the type of milk (oat) due to the taste profile. I love the suggestion and as a sales person, it’s a smart way to get an upcharge with servicing the customer we’ll.

First Timers trying out Crimson Cup this morning. I want to first say the overall process for ordering in the drive thru was smooth and simple. We let them know this was our first time stopping by and they gave us some great recommendations. My husband ended up getting the German Chocolate Mocha frozen as it was suggested. I’m not really a fan of Mocha myself but I tried it and it tastes exactly like the cake my nana makes. Then after we paid and got our drinks before we pulled off we were asked to try the drinks out to see if they were made to our liking which is unheard of in today’s world. I really liked that because they didn’t want us to leave unsatisfied. Drinks were made with love and they’re perfect. We’ll be back soon.

The service is good but the drinks are never consistent. I’ve had to stop coming to this location. More than once I’ve received pretty much just a cup of milk. Another time I received a drink that tasted watered down. Maybe once out of the entire week I’ll get a drink that tastes good and consistent with what is expected. Poor consistency and coffee over 5 dollars is just a no go.

I first tried the Lewis Center Crimson Cup a few months ago, and I’ve been a regular ever since. There are so many reasons I keep coming back:
First, the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful – it’s the perfect place to get work done. The cozy fireplace adds such a warm, welcoming touch that makes it easy to settle in and stay a while.
Second, the drinks and food are fantastic. I was never a huge coffee fan before, but this Crimson Cup completely changed that. The coffee is consistently delicious – perfectly balanced, just the right amount of sweet, and clearly made with care.
But what truly sets this place apart are the baristas. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. They always go above and beyond, recognizing me just by my voice or order. We have real conversations, and they remember what I’ve shared the next time I come in. That, to me, is the gold standard of customer service and hospitality.
