The food is DELICIOUS!! If you’re looking for something different, try the Frankenstein. It’s one of the best, if not the best, chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. My partner and our kids hadn’t ate today, and we definitely ordered way too much food. Still, it was well worth the price and we’ll definitely be back again!!

Self check made ordering quick, food was served up fast. Approx 10-15 minutes. Ordered wayyy more than we needed, let the greedy eyes get the best of me because everything looked so good. Order a smash burger which was surprisingly delicious (coming from a chicken spot), a crimson sandwich combo (this was an insane portion of chicken), 4 tenders, and a Joey eats fries (which was another mega portion). Between my wife and I, we had 2 full boxes to go after dining in. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Also loved the benches overlooking the grills, good distraction for my baby while we waited she watched them cook! Overall great price for the portion and quality of food. The medium was as hot as I went, before I fear Itd becoming challenging. Highly recommend! Bonus for being halal.

My only experience with this place is delivery, but even delivered the food was fantastic. The chicken breast on the sandwich is massive and the loaded fries were A LOT of food. I got the hot level on both things which was actually decently spicy. 100% will be going in person if delivery was this good.

The order took a little long to get, but at least it was hot and fresh. The food was good, but it was on the salty side. The Mac n cheese was good, but my favorite were the sliders. The sliders are the size of a regular sandwich. I thought the food was on the pricey side compared to another great hot chicken place nearby.

The young lady who helped me was extremely nice it was my first time and she really helped me a lot. I wish I would have taken her suggestion to work my way up to the burn heat level. The first bite was very deceptive it was flavorful and absolutely delicious then the heat came in waves it was so good I kept going and next time I’ll get hot or mild to say the least. Better than Dave’s hot chicken in my opinion they have several options and I will definitely go back. I got the Joey fries and a chicken sandwich and they were absolutely delicious I wish I got a lower heat level for my fries I literally couldn’t handle the heat but 10/10!! Oh tender was so big it was popping out of the sandwich I had to take a pic!!

I ordered the Crimson Sandwich in mild with fries.
Hot and fresh. The seasoning is flavorful. It’s not what I was expecting but it’s good and unique. Dill pickles are used on the sandwiches.
Facility was cold, clean and well kept.

I visited Crimson Coward on a Sunday afternoon for some hot chicken and had a great experience.
We were the only patrons in the restaurant, but the staff greeted us as we ordered at the kiosk. The interface was easy to navigate, making it simple to browse the menu and customize our order.
The chicken was cooked fresh to order and came out quickly. The sandwich was massive—the chicken breast easily extended well beyond the bun. It looked appetizing, was well-seasoned, and had a distinct flavor compared to places like Dave’s or Ricky’s. I enjoyed both the sandwich and the slaw. I ordered the medium spice level but could have handled the hot—so if you like spice, consider going up a notch.
My wife and I split a large side of fries for $6, and I’ve never been served so many fries for such a great price. They were crispy, well-seasoned, and you could even add more seasoning if desired. We also tried the ranch and another sauce they offered, and both were really good.
The restaurant was spotless, and the music was excellent. Whoever was on aux that weekend had great taste, which added to the overall experience.

This little hidden gem is absolutely amazing! If you’re a fan of Dave’s hot chicken than THIS is going to be a new favorite! The staff was Soo hospitable and took the time to welcome my family and help us order right. The food was juicy, flavorful, and just such a great meal. It really is unfortunate that they’re hidden away in the corner of a strip mall and foot traffic is sparse… But if you’re lucky enough to find them… You won’t regret it! They even have burgers! And the buns they use are delicious! A real welcome departure from normal fast food. I loved it and definitely plan on going back!
