I’d give this Nashville Hot chicken spot a solid 4/5. The chicken sandwich was the standout — the chicken was juicy, flavorful, and cooked really well, with just the right amount of heat and seasoning. It held up nicely inside the sandwich and didn’t feel dry at all. The potato salad was also pretty good, creamy and well-seasoned, making it a nice side to balance out the spice from the chicken. The only downside for me was the coleslaw, which unfortunately wasn’t very good and felt like an afterthought compared to the rest of the meal. Overall though, the main items were strong, and I’d definitely come back for the chicken despite the one weak side.

This is one of the better hot chicken spots in the DMV area. The signature ” Crimson” chicken sandwich is tasty and is larger than the sandwich bun can accommodate. The fries that come with the sandwich are crisp and made to order. My wife was a fan of the fried pickles. The amount provided as a “side” is borderline excessive. You definitely feel as if you’re getting your money’s worth.
The restaurant wheelchair accessible and the staff are multilingual, which is handy.
The restaurant is excellently maintained, and the table and chairs are clean and well spaced.
The medium spice provides a nice heat to the sandwich without the regret of lip burning pain. Overall a good place. The manager/franchise owner is very friendly and genuinely wants you to have a good experience at the restaurant.

I love Nashville hot chicken! Next time I must try the Mac n cheese variation. I don’t really recommend the chx and waffles as there needs to be more pieces of chicken to the waffle variation. The waffles were also soooo sweet which was fine but almost too sweet to add the syrup. The wait for the food was a little long but I believe it was absolutely due to it being made fresh. I would come back to try another dish.

Wow! Food was delicious! Fresh and made to order but for real. Had their tenders and fries with ranch and crimson sauces, everything was delicious. Price was fair for a combo. Definitely coming back with my family. Want to try their chicken sandwiches and burgers, both look good. Please was clean including the bathroom. Not a fan of order yourself but can order with someone as well.

I had just seen this place while driving to work and said to myself I’ve got to try this place it says it has Nashville inside.
Plus, who wouldn’t like a Coward Crime…lol
No expectations, just a whim. Boy, what a wonderful surprise.
The gentleman who greeted me was amazing. Didn’t make you feel like a simple customer. He engaged in a conversation and delighted the conversation with his smile.

The Crimson Sandwich. Mild, I’m a wimp when it comes to spicy food.
DANG! It was tasty, but I mean deliciously tasty. Just a fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked chicken. All flavors were in tune.
And it was humongous. The sandwich alone was almost a full 3 course meal.
Price, it’s too good to be true for the quality and the amount.

Spotless. Very clean.
OUTSIDE:
Lots of parking.
SUMMARY:
For a fast food joint, it’s way better than a lot of businesses in its category. Oh, and you can ask for Halal food.

Didn’t know about this place until my wife showed me the menu. I’ve literally gone to the store next door numerous times and had no idea a gem of a restaurant was right there. Their chicken is flavorful, meaty, and juicy. I HIGHLY recommend getting a Crimson Chicken Sandwich with a side of potato salad.
