I had high expectations for Crestline after seeing everyone’s reviews but they were out of a lot of options when I went in around 12pm which is understandable to an extent because it was a Sunday. The bagels are very big and filling. The price is decent compared to other places and I would visit again because they have a lot of options that I would still want to try.

Came in on Friday morning around 6:15am and it was just one young lady working by herself with no one else in there . She had a bright smile on her face and still managed to get through the people in there without a bad attitude knowing she had to do it all alone . Definitely will be coming back the sandwich was delicious

Terrible for lunch. Grilled cheese wasn’t cooked- just cheese on bread, soup was cold even after asking they warm it twice. Other sandwich ordered was just awful. Love their bagels and breakfast sandwiches but this was just so bad!

Fresh everything! Great service! Love the Nova on the Everything bagel. Cream cheese, red onion, capers, and tomatoes. Great stuff! They also have pup cakes, bones, and pup cookies for the dogs. Coffee and drinks are on point as well! Highly recommended.

Best bagel we’ve ever had. The nova with cream cheese was amazing and the service was incredible. Definitely coming back again. Be sure to grab a cream cheese to go, it is significantly better than what you get at the store.

Disappointed with our experience. We ordered online, waited 30 mins for notification the order was ready for pickup but when my husband arrived, there was no order ready. It took another 45 minutes of waiting and we were given these for breakfast croissant sandwiches. They were inedible due to being burnt and at $7 each. We tried to email management, as a business owner myself I would appreciate private contact, but no response from them at all. Not sure we will ever try them again due to poor quality and poor customer service.
