பலம்பூரி தரமா இருந்துச்சி. கணவாய் மீன், தரம். Cashew custard was excellent. Mixed non veg fried rice was good but little expensive. Cream of roasted chicken soup is the signature dish of this Restaurant. Unfortunately beef was not available at the time we visited. Got to try it and I will update the review later. Got to try Malabar Chicken biriyani and parotta next time. Chicken fried rice was also good

I came here twice and the food was superb. They have many choices of food. Mr Rajesh gave good suggestion of food. The fish pollichi, kerala chicken briyani, sharwama and the crab lollipop was awesome.

This is our third visit to Crescent Restaurant, and the consistency keeps bringing us back—especially because we love fish and they always serve fresh food quickly.

The staff are very attentive. A special mention to Leo, who suggested the Creamy Chicken Soup. It was absolutely delicious and really satisfied my palate.

We also tried the Pomfret Pollichathu and the Ghee Rice Fish Curry Combo—both dishes were flavourful and well-prepared.

Awesome taste and a wide-spread menu. Portion sizes are generous. Whether it’s BBQ, parottas, or ramen—everything is top-notch. Rice varieties could be better, and the use of oil should be minimized. Service was too good, only concern is the waiting time. Overall it’s worth for fine dinner with your family.

We had a Christmas gathering (14 no.s) at Crescent Restaurant which turned to be an absolutely delightful experience, marked by a warm, festive ambience and gracious hospitality. The dinner spread was exquisite, with each dish beautifully presented, well-seasoned, and full of nuanced flavors that made the meal feel truly special. From starters to dessert, the dishes were consistently delectable, making Crescent Hotel a wonderful choice for an elegant and memorable Christmas celebration.

The signature dishes—Dynamite Chicken, Honey Garlic Chicken, White Snapper Barbecue, and Podichaya—are an experience in themselves. We appreciate Mr. Gunasekaran, the Manager, for his gracious hospitality and the thoughtful gesture that reflected genuine care and generosity of heart.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Crescent Restaurant Hotel, and I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Rajesh for his outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, he was polite, attentive, and very professional in his approach.

Rajesh ensured that our table was comfortable and guided us through the menu with great knowledge and patience. His recommendations were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. He regularly checked on us to make sure everything was perfect, which made us feel valued and well taken care of.

The overall hospitality at Crescent Restaurant & Hotel was impressive, and Rajesh’s friendly attitude truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this place for both its amazing food and exceptional service.

I don’t want to spoil the business of the restaurant, but I cannot stop myself from writing about the disappointment we experienced today. Sorry, Crescent Hotel management — but it was truly terrible for us today.

we walked into Crescent Hotel with excitement, planning to enjoy a nice team dinner. The staff took our order very pleasantly, and we genuinely expected a great experience. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that.

The service was extremely delayed. First, they served the BBQ platter (₹999) — which had only 9 pieces and even had a burnt smell. While we were waiting for the Crab Soup, they asked us to “please wait.” The soup came only after the biriyani arrived. In fact, every single dish came with long gaps in between.

The delay was so bad that we couldn’t enjoy what was already on the table. Our team members washed their hands twice because of the waiting time. We literally forgot what we had ordered. Instead of enjoying the food together, we were just waiting… and waiting.

The biggest shock was the Crab Soup. They served a crab leg in plain hot water — no salt, no masala, no taste. When we asked about it, the waiter said it was a “clean soup.” But we never ordered anything like that. After we questioned it, they took it back, added masala, and served it again — but it was still just average.

Prawns Biriyani – average.
Kappa Biriyani – worn out and not fresh.
Mutton Biriyani – sweet, which was very unexpected.

Karimeen Pollichathu tasted like fish cooked directly in tomato sauce without proper traditional masala.
Squid (Koonthal Varuthathu) was rubbery with a slight raw smell, again dominated by tomato flavour.
Prawn Fry was overcooked and rubbery.
Chicken Wings had a very sour BBQ sauce.
Fish Fingers were very small.
Mutton Kondattam was average.
Only Nethili was okay.

And finally, Ada Payasam was personally very disappointing. I ordered it because I love traditional ada payasam and have fond memories of it. But this was made with sago, very thick and creamy. Real ada payasam should be light and flowing. This didn’t feel authentic at all.

We came to enjoy and spend quality time as a team. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and let down. For the amount we paid, we honestly expected much better food and service.

Food is tasty. Good selection of menu available. They also would customise some dishes according to our taste buds and spice level. They also have Ramen available, which looks like a hit. Very friendly waiters and Managers. They would also serve warm/hot water. Well maintained place too with decent ambience.

We have had food in different locations of crescent, same like other locations here also food tastes very good. This time we tried their Ramen bowl and it was very good. All the other items were also good.
We went there around 3.30PM still their service was excellent and had all the food varieties.
