Dalton’s premiere bar & live music venue. Crescent City Tavern is a unique multi-purpose music/sports venue with a 40′ Bar, performance stage, dance floor, and variety of seating configurations. Open seven days a week. Serving a variety of carefully prepared dishes using select ingredients. Trivia on Tuesday, and Karaoke on Thursday. Local and regional bands on Friday and Saturday. All your favorite sports events are mixed in between. Select National acts will be hosted in our outside 10,000 sq ft courtyard. Always something new and exciting going on at Crescent City Tavern.

We love this place, but $7.95 for a side of Mac n’ Cheese is highway robbery. My chicken sandwich plus fries was only $3 more. This side should be like $3.95, maybe $4.95 at the most — which is what their menu says it costs. Unfortunately, I was told that’s the “new” price despite the menu being old. Not cool. They did offer to give us a second side of Mac for the mess up, which was nice, but I’d honestly rather have my $3 back.

This is a really great place that I think has a lot of potential. I didn’t know about this hidden little gem in Dalton. I ended up here for midget wrestling and they didn’t prepare well at all. Is the only reason for a one star on the service they were working as hard as they could, but management didn’t have enough people there.

We can during a four hour break at a baseball tournament. The atmosphere was great because the boys were able to play pool and other games while we waited for our food. The waitress was fantastic and patient. They did a jersey number system to keep track of everyone’s order. For a party larger than 20, this place delivered. The food was also amazing! We’d dine here again.

We used to love the Crescent as residents of Dalton. Been there many times. We won’t be back after tonight. The wait staff was overwhelmed due to managements inability to plan and prepare for an event. We paid for food that we never received after asking multiple servers and the so called manager. The response from the “manager” was, “Sorry bud” We won’t be back. I recommend not going to the Crescent when in Dalton

We called ahead and asked if they could take a party of roughly 30 people and they said yes. Unfortunately, they should have said no we don’t have the staff. We were given one server who was overwhelmed even though she stated she did this every Sunday. Our group tried to show grace as we all understood we were a large group but after 2 hours and several of our group still not receiving food with no answer on when they may get there food, it became ridiculous. One couple was told by a server in a nasty tone that they still had to pay for their tea and coke simce they sipped on it while they waited those two hours.
Luckily my group did get our food and I was shocked when the 14 inch philly as stated on their menu was about 6-7 inches, truly nothing special. We also ordered two sets of wings, both with mild sauce. It was much to my surprise when there was a charge on our check for the sauce on the wings. NOT extra sauce or sauce on side, but literally the sauce they put on the wings. I have never seen that in my life, typically when you order wings, sauce is included in the price.
Obviously, we will not be back and I doubt any of the others will either.

We brought our baseball team of 40 here after calling ahead to confirm they could handle a large group. They assured us it would be no problem at all — but it was a major problem from the moment we arrived.
In two full hours, they only managed to serve 10 out of 40 meals. The rest of us were still waiting when we had to cancel the remaining orders and leave so our players wouldn’t miss their championship game.
The servers were rude, the manager was nowhere to be found, and there was literally no one else in the restaurant — just our team. With 466 reviews averaging 4+ stars, we expected much better service and organization. Our experience didn’t come close to matching that rating.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially after being told they were “ready” for us.

Made people pay a cover without telling them there was going to be second line after paying. We waited in line for 2+ hours while we watched “VIP” cut 100s of people in line. What a scam. Would not let women use the bathroom. We use to love this place but we will NEVER be back. The place is ran by people who obviously have no idea what they are doing.

Bar food should say it all! It use to be people smoking at the bar, now it’s vaping, blowing smoke all over place while your trying to eat and the band at an empty bar huddled up at the front steps blowing smoke as your leaving as an after diner mint. There a reason why this place is empty on a Saturday night. FYI, they charge a cover. Sad,very sad. This place could be the spot,but something would really have to change. Good luck to you
