Apparently they don’t know what customer service is and I see they are rapidly dwindling in all areas.
They may want to revamp with new management and customer service training

Sunday my God daughter and her family went here like they have been for the longest time to not be acknowledged after waiting almost 20 mins. The staff was rude and went to wait on customers that came in way after them.

Unfortunately today’s times does not take pride in what they do. I don’t care if you are a pooper scooper always take pride and do the best you can because consumers spend their money for the experience and the good food or product.

Said they have Gluten free crepe batter online but when we got to the place, the waitress rudely said the only GF option was salad. The tea tasted instant and salad was underwhelming with a few canned chopped olives, a lot of lettuce and feta. Would not recommend.

We dined in and had high expectations based on the glowing reviews….however, the service was terrible, the 3 girls behind the counter were more interested in their cell phones than customer service and I had to ask after waiting quite a long time where the remainder of my order was. We were very disappointed but I will say the food that we did receive was very good. It’s just a shame that the service was lacking so severely. Perhaps it is best to order to go instead of dine in.

Lighting inside was odd. There was issues with food that the waitress happily fixed but the “gouda bites” (expect mac n cheese bites) came out frozen, the bread for the subs had a weird taste and texture, the sodas we ordered were just pure syrup no carbonation. The bathroom smelled terrible and has a massive hole in the wall with toilet paper shoved in it.

So happy we found this place while staying overnight in the area. There is so much on the menu, it would take a ton of trips to sample everything. We had the gyro pizza and it was amazing. I can’t wait to return to try some more dishes!

Food was very good. Our server was attentive and nice. She did tell us she was new, but did a great job. We came before the rush, and got a table right away. We were in and out within an hour. Love that they had a kids menu, and we split a create your own pizza as well. Very good! They did have out door seating as well.

Absolutely fantastic! My favorite place here in Charleston! It’s a tiny little place, and nothing fancy. However, it’s clean, and the food is always fresh.
It’s a wonderful variety of foods from Italy, Greece, and France! Pizzas, gyros, crêpes, and so much more!. They even make a fantastic cajun pasta that’s out of this world!
The service is always quick, and friendly.

What a joke. I can make better pizza in my kitchen. The garlic bread is bought is a joke as well the only difference between me cooking Texas Toast in my oven and theirs is I dont burn it.

I was so excited to try the this place but now I must yell SKIP this place. Walked in and you seat yourself. The place has about 8 tables and only two others were occupied. It took 11 minutes for us to get acknowledged and menus brought to us. Then we waited 15 minutes and we finally walked up to pay for our sodas and they were like oh what’s wrong? They were so worried about all the to go orders that they could not take care of the customers in the restaurant. This place truly needs to work on customer service. The workers made eye contact and just seemed to ignore us. Shame on them!

Update 03/19/22
Gave it a second chance, and ordered a crepe, but this time without the chocolate and only Nutella and bananas. Unfortunately it still left something to be desired. There wasn’t a-lot of Nutella, and what was there didn’t have much flavor. I really want to love these, because I enjoy Nutella crepes a-lot, but sadly, they’re just very underwhelming. They’re not bad, but if you’ve had them elsewhere I wouldn’t have your hopes up or maybe try different toppings.

Stopped in for dessert with a friend and we both got a Nutella banana crepe with chocolate. The crepe was light and delicious. The filling was mostly chocolate and I didn’t get a lot of Nutella which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was a delicious dessert crepe and we will definitely be back.
