I visited on June 19, 2025. I absolutely loved the quaint restaurant, great food, and excellent service. I had the Burgundy Crepe and it was delicious. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely eat here again.

Always fantastic, they have an incredible selection of eggs Benedict. I just had their country Benedict. If I had one complaint it was that the side of potatoes was very small. They were cooked very nicely I was a big fan of consistency and taste of the gravy.

I’ve had several of their crepes but I love a plain crepe with jam. The restaurant is clean and the staff are so friendly and nice. They don’t mind substituting some items and they make you feel genuinely welcome. I love this place.

CT European Cafe just started serving dinners on Fridays and Saturdays. We went with friends last night. It was exceptional! The service was perfect, the dinner was amazing. We saved room for a dessert – we were so stuffed from the dinner we shared. The dessert crepe was yummy and the perfect end to our meal. We are already planning our next visit!

Staff was friendly and all the food coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. The place was busy, they had a lot of customers and a few flies. I ordered our food to go. It might be my fault for not checking the food prior to leaving but I expected them to give me what I ordered. I was missing a side of fruit that was nowhere in sight and they gave me fries instead of hash browns. I ordered 3 crepes for my family and not one tasted like it had flavor or seasoning aside from the 2 “sweet” crepes themselves tasting salty and not very sweet. The walnuts are definitely not necessary and dont go well with the “sweet” crepes. I also ordered the lemon delight crepe which is supposed to have sweet ricotta cheese and lemon sauce with powdered sugar, it had very grainy ricotta cheese “not sweet at all” and not a hint of lemon sauce or powdered sugar. The closest to lemon crepe was the 2 round slices of lemons on top that tasted like they were cut a couple days ago. Overall I spent 50$ and didnt get what I paid for (literally left out food I ordered). I dont normally leave bad reviews and I absolutely love crepes and expected it to taste good but in the end it was a disappointing experience, dont think I’ll be going back for crepes there. Maybe the other food tastes good but everything I ordered did not.

If you’re looking for a great breakfast, look no further than CT European Cafe & Grill! Small town hospitality meets international cuisine. From mimosas and lattes to Benedict’s and Goulash, there is a treat for everyone in the family! I enjoyed the crab Benedict on a crepe instead of an English muffin. (Perfectly poached egg) It was light and packed with flavor! Whether you’re looking to try something new or stick with the tried and true, this is a must visit.

Good breakfast place. Although I saw as we were going in that they serve dinner every Friday, Saturday and Sunday too.

Parking is ample, but when we came in at 1030AM on a Saturday, Hubby had to wait a few mins for a spot. When we went in, we got seated right away. Yelp says that this restaurant take reservation though.

There’s music playing in the background, but the noise from other customers were drowning it. No biggie, we came here for breakfast and not music.

Menu has a lot of choices: Alcoholic cocktails (Mimosas, Sangria, Bloody Mary), Coffee, Breakfast food (Benedicts, Crepes – savory and sweet, omelettes, egg scambles,

We ordered: Cafe Mocha, Pomegranate & Mango Mimosa, Salmon Benedict on Crepe, Denver Scramble, Chicken Pesto Crepe, Nutella and Creamy Delight Sweet Crepes.
We waited about 25mins for the food to be served, kinda very long wait, but it did say in the menu that “All food is prepared fresh to order and please allow 20 to 30 minutes to be prepared”.

When the food came, it was worth the wait.
Mocha – perfectly made, (not too sweet),and we had options for almond or oat for the milk.
Pomegrante & Mango Mimosa – happy with it too, but the alcohol in it was kinda very light.
Salmon Benedict – a lot of Salmon on it. Hollandaise sauce tasted ok, poached eggs were perfect. But what made it a bomb was the option of the Crepe instead of English muffin.
Denver Scramble – tasted ok. Nothing Special
Chicken Pesto savory crepe – I didn’t get to taste this. But Hubby says chicken was kinda dry
Nutella and Creamy Delight (Sweet Crepes) – were perfect.
The Creamy Delight have a lot of fruits (strawberry and blueberries) in it. Tasted light and not too sweet, but very flavorful.

Service: Excellent. The server was very attentive and checked with us more than 5x while we were there.

This restaurant is suited for families. Clean, delicious food, appealing atmosphere, helpful staff, and brilliant service are just a few reasons that I’ll be back again.

What a hidden gem. Delicious food and an expansive menu that you’ll want to come back to explore. The understated location and name don’t do this place justice. The food was delicious, service was great and outdoor seating that was pet-friendly was refreshing on a warm summer day. We had the country-fried chicken, California crepe and the plain one sweet crepe. The spice on the gravy was spot-on, portions were plentiful, ingredients fresh, and a wide variety of sweet and savory options to please herbivores and carnivores alike. Look forward to trying their European specialties for dinner or lunch.

Excellent café! Wide variety of freshly made meals. Service is friendly. Outdoor patio is shaded with lots of greenery and flowers.

The cevapi is excellent!

If you’re local, stop in. If you’re traveling between Sacramento and Tahoe, this is just off the freeway and easy to get to!
