We started with the potato skins… YUM… fully loaded for sure! I had the largest portion of the most tender and deliciously seasoned pork chops with young steamed asparagus and some of the best Brussels sprouts I have ever had! Perfectly prepared… Just delicious!!!
The banana foster crepe… what? WAIT!
YES!!! Truly decadent… perfectly presented and a huge portion! Drinks were strong and so tasty! The red sangria was on point for the beach and relaxing with the live music!!!
Crepe Creation is a fun spot that is perfect for great food in a relaxing fun environment! We are adding this one to our list of favorites!
Be sure and ask for Sebastian!
Free street parking was easy to get in and out and the outdoor patio is also a nice option too.
The Western Crepe or the Reese’s Rush with bananas. The coffee was great as well but pricey @ nearly $10. Total for 3 crepes and 2 lattes with sausage and bananas was $54.
Only down fall is that it isn’t closer to the beach! Would definitely recommend and come here again.
Went for happy hour and enjoyed live guitarist. Went for crepes, they are good.
The bartender has fabulous Coconut Limeade (you can add booze) but it is excellent and unique on its own.
Great wings and soup. This is still the place to go.
If you are familiar with Crepe Creations from 3+ years ago, you will notice that many changes have been made.
Location: proximity of shopping & entertainment (movie theater 2 doors down).
• Our first impressions: I was completely caught off guard by the sophistication of this breakfast cafe. I had a hankering for some crepes and was expecting a simple breakfast joint to satisfy the craving. As soon as we opened the door, we were instantly met with a smiling hostess & waitress. We were seated immediately.
Between the Paris theme decor & the fine dining atmosphere, I felt this was a place to come if you’re looking for an excuse to dress a lil’ fancy while still keeping it casual.
They offer outdoor seating, a longue area by the full bar, and a medium-sized floor plan with tall & short top table seating.
Both men & and women’s bathrooms looked clean. Unfortunately, they did not smell clean.
We liked our server, truly the salt of the earth.
• Our final impression:
The steak on the “make your own croissant sandwich” was extremely dry. The home fries weren’t the best. They were supposed to come with bell peppers and onions but didn’t, so maybe they would have been better then.
Also, though the homemade whipped topping was phenomenal, it was very unappealing to have come for the featured item (crepes) only to find a two inch hair embedded in the fruit preserve (my hair did not match & my husband is bald).
• Round of applause: For the freshly squeezed lemon juice, homemade whipped topping, authentic tea, and the colossal size crepe. Also, this restaurant gets the certified southern stamp of approval. They have Texas Pete!
With all that being said, we most likely will not be back.
PS: I had high hopes, and though disappointed, I can always hope in the Lord; He never disappoints (Psalms 22:5).
