This place is amazing, I was there on 02-03-26 and the food and service was amazing! I went in to get my order that I placed online and the man that was there accidentally brought out food that wasn’t mine he found mine and handed it to he then realized that he accidentally put buffalo sauce on my bbq wings he said he would remake them, he then asked for my address so he could deliver them to me so I didn’t have to wait! I told him I had no problem waiting and he said he would bring them out to me, so I went outside to my car to wait for about five minutes my window is broken rn so I went back in because of the cold I waited for about two minutes and in that two minutes I was greeted by two other workers. He gave me my wings and told me I could have a two liter for the troubles. I said thank you and went home when I got home I found out that along with that two liter he also gave me extra wings. I love this place and I’ve been going to it for a while now that people are always nice and helpful. I highly recommend.

Used the Nashport Crenos and we loved it. It’s typically where we’ll go when we do want pizza or salads. The workers in there are always very friendly and welcoming. It’s easy to order online and there’s a lot of options. It’s really always an enjoyable experience. Fresh ingredients and it’s great tasting. The pizza we got was basic but they made it perfectly. Salad was loaded up and well worth the money.

Would like to try the food but after waiting an hour and being handed off twice, I was told they didn’t have my order. Was told I shouldn’t order online . Apparently they have problems with that. No attempt to rectify. It’s a half mile from my house but I think I’ll just order somewhere else.

I placed our order online, and the food was ready on time. When I got home, I realized we had received a half pound of wings instead of the full pound we ordered. I called the store to explain, and the staff handled the situation perfectly. They immediately apologized, didn’t argue, and offered to prepare the correct order right away.
When I went back to pick them up, they apologized again and thanked me for my understanding. The food itself was incredible—fresh, hot, and delicious—and the staff were kind and professional throughout the whole process. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled says everything, and the Nashport Creno’s went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
