JR & Jill are amazing. They always make sure the customers are taken care of. If something isn’t correct, they fix it. The food is always great, they have the best delivery crew and their inside crew is always polite and strive to get orders out timely and correct! We love New Lex Crenos and the Forester family!

The food was so good! The pizza was some of the best pizza I ever had! We got the Hawaiian pizza and Italian sub this time. Some improvements could be to improve the actual pizza shop here in New Lexington Ohio. The pizza shop is starting to look pretty dated. The room that they do have is not being utilized either. It’s a bit awkward walking in.

This place is a joke. This is the last order for me. Ive had problems in the past but this put me over the edge. The kid took a half hour after the first call to deliver my pizza. He got lost…some how he got lost in New Lex?? Had to call three times to find my place in town. Then it looks like my pizza was thrown or dropped and the salad wasn’t half full. I paid $45 for this garbage I called and complained and nothing from a manager. I hope the owner sees these. Large califlower. Guess that read 2 half cheese ans half pepperonis….well cause that’s what I got. Then after calling was told I’d have to come back to pick it up!!!! These series including the management here is awful. I will be putting call into the owner tomorrow. Can’t see much happening as no one reached out from the last review. Maybe ill make a call to crenos corporate. This franchise location is a disgrace.

We have ordered here several times and had this delivered the 14 miles to our house. Placed our order and received a phone call 25 minutes later saying we would have to go out of n the cold and meet them literally less a mile down the road from my house! Still charged for delivery and forgot items with the order. Did not offer to bring the item back instead gave us a credit. Spoke to the manager named Kelly , who had absolutely no clue what she was doing.
