I’ve been coming to Crema Gourmet for years, so this visit was especially disappointing.
Meagan was the only person who smiled and offered genuinely pleasant service, and I truly appreciate her for that. Unfortunately, there now seems to be a real disconnect in how service is handled overall.
I asked for my order to be served warm, and was told that this was standard practice. It was not warm. I asked for it to be heated again, after 2 consecutive servings, and it still came back cold. When I pointed out that it still wasn’t warm, Anna (the server) insisted that it was. She had a noticeably nasty dismissive attitude, unaware of the contents on the menu, slammed the plate down, and turned away. When Artney later returned with the “warmer” item, he did the same—put it down abruptly and walked off. Anna seemed extremely annoyed that I had an issue with their lack of attention to a very basic request. When I asked for her name, she simply turned and walked away; I eventually had to ask Meagan for it.
Throughout the visit, items were dropped at the table quickly, with no engagement, no eye contact, and no effort whatsoever to check whether everything was okay. For a place that charges premium prices, the service and attention to detail are frankly subpar.

I love this place!! I came with my family, and we absolutely loved it. The service was wonderful—everyone was so friendly and attentive—and the food was amazing! Everything we tried was delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I needed a place to hang out and do some work for a few hours and Crema was perfect. I got dropped off so I can’t speak to the parking situation, but the place itself is huge with tons of seating of all different types, clean bathrooms, and lots of choices for different types of drinks and desserts. They even have a station where you can get yourself a glass of water, which is nice. The person who made my iced chai was helpful and friendly. A wonderful place to do work and get a cup of tea.

After my initial disappointing experience, I decided to revisit the establishment, and it turned out to be a pivotal decision. This time, I had the opportunity to meet with Estela, the assistant regional manager. Our discussion was incredibly constructive, and Estela provided valuable insights into the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance service quality. I was genuinely impressed by their commitment to rectify the situation and make amends.
Despite the challenges I encountered during my first visit, I must admit that I genuinely enjoy the food and ambiance of this restaurant. With Estela’s reassurance and the company’s dedication to improvement, I’m optimistic that the overall customer service experience will continue to evolve positively.
In light of this follow-up experience and the evident commitment from the owners, I recommend addressing any concerns directly with management rather than dismissing the restaurant altogether. As a result, I’ve revised my rating from 2 to 4.8 stars.
I hope that the management will take appropriate action to improve service, as there is indeed something great to build upon here.

It was truly important for me to highlight the OUTSTANDING customer service received from Angela. I had the most complicated catering order with several changes, add ons, special requests, address changes and she never once made me feel like a burden. She always had a great attitude, followed up consistently, and on the day of went above and beyond! She helped setup all of the food and even went back to the restaurant to grab another salad dressing because it was a large group who craved options. The feedback from the group was impeccable. All of the food was fresh and enjoyed by all who indulged. She and the additional person who helped her (I believe she was one of the chefs) were truly the epitome of outstanding customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Ordered in the app for pick up and ended up having to wait 35 minutes past the original pickup time. They claimed to lose my ticket and proceeded to give me an incorrect order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that included bacon instead of ham and cheddar instead of Swiss. The sandwich came without eggs. How do you miss that? Completely unacceptable for the long wait plus then to give me an incorrect order item. Ridiculous.
