The idea of coffee shops becoming a social space is a recent phenomenon in the USA. This is a good place to meet your friends for a morning coffee or toast (both expensive) but the joyous atmosphere and the youth of the servers from PR and Cuba make up for it. Food and Coffee are nothing special but we had a delightful time. This place gives a place for Friendships to flourish. Most of the clientele were young even on a Thursday morning at 9 am and I missed the ambiance of multifamily which you get at Miami Cuban cafes. Thank you and will return with friends

Person 1- The pasta was out of this world. I gave my whole table a try and they were all blown away. The mood is very cozy and the staff is constantly helping.

If you’ve ever had decision paralysis at a new food place while managing a 3 year old….. You know how stress inducing it can be and how the staff’s customer service can make or break your experience… well let me tell you how kind the manager Hakem was to hand hold me through my decision making by being patient, explaining the different options, letting me try the syrup I wanted before choosing and assuring me I can take my time to decide. Luckily there was no one in line behind me!
I ended up with a tailor made cold brew with lavender syrup(crazy delicious flavor and quality) and secret menu cold foam(only for the decision paralysis community ) which was sublime !! 100% recommend not only for the quality of the food and drink but also for the service.

Crema Gourmet is an amazing place. The location is beautiful, calm, and very pleasant, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The food is extremely good, fresh, and high quality every time.
But the best part is the honesty, security, and customer service. I accidentally left my phone there in the afternoon, and when I came back the next day to ask about it, they had it safely stored . That level of care and integrity truly speaks volumes about the staff and the business.
Highly recommended — 100%. I will definitely be coming back.

Quiet and lovely coffee shop with a variety of indoor seating like a community table, couches, and two tops. The menu offers from healthy options to sweet treats, sandwiches, pastries… I loved the ambiance, I find it to be a perfect place to work on your laptop, go on a date, to have nice talk, even for a job interview. I highly recommend a warm slice of banana walnut bread.

Stopped by to eat at the new Crema close to our house which is in Suniland and it is so nice, spacious and welcoming. The staff Thai helped us this morning and her service wss on point. She was on top of our order and was checking in on us. We usually go to the Dadeland Station but will also visit this location. Americano with Hazelnut flavor was delicious . Definitely recommend it.

The whole experience was entirely disappointing. Went there for a quick breakfast. We went up to the cashier who was looking down while picking at her nails, we were not acknowledged until we said hello. She had an unenthusiastic attitude throughout the whole interaction. We were sent over our drinks promptly by a nice food runner. But when we were delivered our food, (the male food runner in the photo) placed the dishes in front of the wrong person, carelessly dropped the plates with a loud clank and the utensils aggressively and walked right away without asking if we’re missing anything else. We were missing the butter and jam for our toast and we had to flag down the male food runner that seemed confused with the request. He never came back out with the request. We had to go up to the cashier to ask for them and with an attitude she gave us only one of each. We had to go up again to ask for more. The service there was horrible. Please train your team on providing a decent service to patrons. I hope you don’t treat all your customers like this!

This place is super cute and the coffee is excellent. The food is also super delicious but I just can’t justify the price. Literally EVERYTHING IS AN ADD ON! Miami has just gotten ridiculous and this is a perfect example of how. The menu items is basically $15 for eggs because everything else is an extra charge. At lease the vibe is good, service is good, nothing out of the ordinary, and the food is super tasty.

The best Latte in the city. As Colombian myself I take pride of our Colombian coffee but the coffee here is amazing. I nd to ask the management team what coffee they use Italian coffee beans. Great little spot
