Absolutely brilliant lunch at Creel and Reel Bamburgh. We all had the lobster rolls with a side of fries between us. Friendly, efficient service and delicious food, would highly recommend this place. Had similar at the famous sandwich shop in Boston, Massachusetts and this was on the same level if not better .

Does what it says on the tin. Serves seafood from a trailer. But that’s only half the story. We both had Scallops with garlic butter on toast and it was DIVINE. You could taste the freshness. It really hit the spot and was a perfect stopping point on our walk on and around the beach and castle. If you are in the area and you like seafood then go. You will NOT regret it.

Not the cheapest seafood, but definitely some of the best we had on our trip. We both had the 1/2 lobster and honestly regret not trying more from the menu – everything was so fresh and full of flavor, absolutely worth the price. I’d rather pay a few pounds more than settle for anything less.
The owner was very friendly, the view was beautiful, and a walk on the sandy beach afterwards made it even better.
We’d gladly come back if we’re in the area again. 🙂

2 X crab sandwiches £19.50, the bread was nice the crab was fresh but it’s over priced, for a few quid more I could have gone to a local restaurant and had a crab sandwich with house salad and fries for £13.95.
The sandwiches where also quite different sizes.

What a little gem of a place!!
We have wanted to try here for a while but never happened for one reason or another whilst visiting the area.
We ordered a lobster roll, king prawn burger, squid, scallops and a portion of chips.
Despite being quite busy, our food order was made and out to us in a decent time. The gent running the place was lovely and friendly.
We enjoyed our delicious food in the sunshine with a view of the castle.
The king prawn burger was so sweet and juicy, absolutely delicious.
The lobster roll was buttery, spicy and rich – insane!
Perfectly fried squid with lovely chunks of lemon.
The scallops were so garlicky and cooked to perfection – we were using all the little toasts to mop up the garlic butter.
Would highly recommend!

Love this food! We visited in between Xmas and new year and after being recommended by a friend , we weren’t disappointed. We had the lobster roll and scallops . Both delicious and lobster rolls better than in New York ! Shame we don’t live in the area but will def visit next home we are in Northumberland

Great food. We ordered half a lobster and fries, scallops, and a burger. The scallops were unreal. Probably best I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend. The only downside is having to wait 55 minutes for our food.

We had the scallops, lobster roll and salty chips. The scallops on toast were easily the best we’d ever eaten and the lobster roll was absolutely delicious too. Chips were lovely and crispy. Amazed that they can produce such delicious food in such a tiny little space. Can’t wait to come back when we visit again.

Great little trailer for a lunch break. Fresh and exceptionally great value. We had Half a Lobster in Garlic Butter and Fries (Alien & Chips!). So good was the food we also had a Scallop and Bacon roll. Could have eaten everything on the menu! Simple food. Cooked with love I love how the chef was also thinking green. No plastics used in packaging or utensils. He clearly cares about his food. A great find Brilliant!
