We visited on a busy Saturday night with a party of six and were seated quickly—great service from start to finish! Our server was super attentive, and the food was fresh and flavorful. We had everything from crab legs and steak to gator tail and oysters. I had the fried catfish, which was cooked perfectly. The collard greens were too heavy on the vinegar for my taste, but others might enjoy them. Overall, great experience and definitely worth a visit!

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon in July around 1:00 PM. There is plenty of parking. They were busy but no overly so. We were greeted after a few minutes and taken to a table. We wanted to sit outside to hear the creek but it was so humid and rainy we decided against it. Service was good and plates were picked up as needed. We tasted a couple of tap beers and decided on the Founder’s IPA. It was very good. We ordered the Crab Cake BLT and a bowl of the soup of the day which was Crab and Corn. The soup was just thick enough with plenty of corn. It was very tasty even though it didn’t have much crab flavor. The Crab Cake BLT was disappointing. It didn’t taste like crab meat at all. The accompanying french fries were ok but some were pretty lifeless. Our friend ordered the fried oysters which he said were good. We don’t live here but our friend visits often. He particularly enjoys anything with oysters.

The only thing negative that I can say about it is, no oysters. They had a big party the night before that ate them all! I’m glad that they enjoyed them ☺️. The fish and shrimp were amazing! Taste like fresh seafood to me! I’d give it a 10 star but they were out of oysters! But oh my goodness, the food was so good! I wish that we would have went back the next day. You really can’t beat it. Really as good as fresh beach food. Very tasty

When I tell you, this place is a true gem believe it. I just googled restaurants near Harrahs Cherokee on my way back and found this place. First of all it’s quaint and nicely decorated very cozy feel they have an amazing patio by the river that I will definitely be back to sit on and dine in the spring. Food was perfect. The waitress was a friendly southern lady and the service was fast. They have a bar area as well. The bathroom was very clean. I am looking forward to my next trip.I will be returning.

Our first visit, and definitely NOT our last! Wife had a pound of crab legs, I had the Snow Country Boil. Both were amazing! Also had the crab/corn dip for appetizer. So good!

The service was excellent, the restaurant is nice and open, there is also outdoor seating. There is a full bar which was very noisy but they cleared out about 920pm. The design is very simple. The restaurant and ladies restaurant could use some refreshing, walls had some damage, bathroom had a large open trash can and needed to be swept. This restaurant is beyond casual. The men working wore shorts and t-shirts. The gals seemed to have a stricter dress code. The food was good. I had lobster tail and ribeye. The lobster, mashed and green beans were delicious. My ribeye was cooked perfectly, but lacked seasoning. My daughter had the glazed salmon. Very nice plating, but the salmon was not seasoned, could have been marinated prior to cooking. Bang Bang shrimp were great. The fried mushrooms were not very flavorful and they really needed some horseradish sauce for dipping- they provided a watery ranch dressing. The staff was very pleasant. I will say that one thing made me lose my appetite. One of the gals retrieved a broom and an industrial dust pan. It was huge , yellow and caked with black filth. It’s important that people clean their tools. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could.

Atmosphere is great! Beautiful building and very pretty outdoor area next to the creek. Fantastic airy open atmosphere. The food unfortunately wasn’t as exciting. It looks phenomenal, very well presented. However, not a lot of flavor at all. Looks are definitely deceiving. Lacking in flavor for the most part.

The food was wonderful! I had gotten the New York strip the mashed potatoes omgs were mouth watering. I so recommend their homemade carrot carrot cake.. all around good place to eat. Very welcoming.
