12/8: I wanted to try this place unsure what kind of food they serve. Based on the menu they have a variety of different types of food. We were recommend the wings by the waiter. We decided to order wings and I ordered fish & shrimp. We were literally the 2nd group onsite ordering. They had us waiting close to 30 min for our food until I brought it to their attention. The waiter stated that he didn’t realized the machine submitted the order to the cook. They were putting up the chairs and it seem like there were about to close. I didn’t want them to rush on the food so we decided not cancel our order and left. We attempt to give them a try but they failed to deliver. I wouldn’t recommend to come to this place. I would like to frequent here because of its location and flavor but I spent $50 on the seafood boil when most of the shrimp were not cleaned. It’s off putting and decreasing the quality of the flavor. I have ordered here before and had a similar experience. I’m hoping this feedback will improve the overall experience.

My husband and I visited this place twice. The first time, we dined in and everything was great. The crawfish had a pretty good taste and the spice level was great. The second time, we chose to do takeout. The lady at the register was nice initially. I asked her if the crawfish was live and she said yes. When we got home, it was pretty evident in the taste that the crawfish were frozen. I called to let them know that we were coming back with the order. The person that answered was not the same person that I ordered from. So when we got back to the restaurant with the food, the same lady that was initially nice, is who was at the register. I told her that the crawfish taste frozen and not live. She said “well our crawfish is live so I don’t know.” No apology, appeared to have an attitude, and just an all around different demeanor now. So she took the food and went to the back with it. Then she came back to the register with a man who had to type in something so that she could complete the return. I tried to tell her that we were going to order something else and she said “I’m gonna just give you your money back.” Again, horrible attitude. And no customer service skills. We had other food from there when we went the first time so it really wasn’t a big deal. We just didn’t want frozen crawfish. But being that her attitude was bad, we won’t be going back at all. Smh.

Wasn’t gonna post but felt it wouldn’t be right to not share our recent experience … We used to be frequent customers. We ordered two pho bowls, and shrimp fried rice and wings. When the pho came out a ROACH was crawling around and out of the bowl of veggies that go into the soup. I had read reviews before about this place having roaches but figured the issues was addressed but no! We could see the roach crawling out as the server was sitting the tray down. We told him immediately. He called owner/ manager on the phone who ensured we didnt pay for anything. We did not stay nor did we eat anything that came out. We left immediately. Unless you like roaches in your food I would eat here. Because of this we will not be returning.

I went in there today because I’m on this side of town and wanted somewhere new to try. I went in the waitress said sit wherever and handed me a menu. I had picked out what I wanted and waited. Mind you there was only two tables that had people sitting. I waited and waited. Then a man that walked in walked up placed his order with her as Togo gave him his drink laughing and cutting up. While I’m still sitting there not even with a water. So I just got up and left. They can do better. Sadly I didn’t try the food but maybe another day.

They sent me home with nasty overly cooked catfish. This is sad and not good business. I’ve included pictures of my food, I shouldn’t have to check my food before leaving. Like you trust me to pay, I trust YOU TO COOK MY FOOD PROPERLY.

I wish I have read the reviews before I ordered this through Uber eats crawfish was horrible. Taste like it came out of the Bayou and they just threw minced garlic in the bag on top of the crawfish. The crawfish were not clean. spent over $100 on crawfish and had to eat cereal.

Gumbo was flavorless and looked more like an unseasoned soup. Shrimp no flavor, sausage tasted bland and overcooked. Chicken and okra…disintegrated. Chicken bites ( lemon pepper) were overcooked and dry…dip tasted spoiled. Never again

EDIT 9/10: The next day I returned and ordered the exact same thing. Went to transfer rice to a bowl and found a bug at the bottom. Good thing I was transferring and didn’t just eat directly out of the container.
9/9: Love the fried rice! Ordered a small fried rice, no meat and crab puffs this time. I’ve been at least 5 times, dined in twice. The food is good, sometimes the service could be improved. But overall will order again, maybe online from now on
