It was really unfortunate the service was excellent, but the food was bad, we spent $80, but it wasn’t worth it. We got the wagyu burger, gyro pizza and chicken gyro. The chicken gyro was good, but y other two did not meet our expectations, the burger was unseasoned and a little bit burned, the mayo taste like nothing, but I want to end it on a positive and say the place was clear and the service was really excellent and helpful.

Was shopping around town and spotted the cafe and decided to stop for lunch with my mom. Pizza and garlic knots were good. I got the shrimp & avocado salad and it was very tasty. Some staff could be friendlier. We sat outside and was very comfortable with the seating and service.

I went to eat this week at night and the service sucked I constantly had to get up to ask her for stuff, then the women’s bathroom had no baby changing pad so I had to change my child outside in the car in the freezing cold!! Got the Margherita Pizza with Pepperoni added. Absolutely delicious! It bumped the other pizza places I’ve tried locally for the top spot! I also tried their coconut shrimp and fries. Both were good, but it’s the yummy yummy pizza I’ll be coming back for. Also, you can bring in wine or beer, so be prepared if you’d like a drink with your dinner!

The delivery was on time and the items arrived in good condition, but the driver had a very rude attitude. He didn’t seem interested in delivering the order properly — he just handed it over without a word, no greeting or basic courtesy. It felt like he didn’t care at all.
Even though the food was fine, the experience was uncomfortable. A little professionalism and kindness can make a big difference.

If you like being treated with rudeness, disdain, and disrespect, then this is the place for you and your family.
We were regulars for several years, but after our last experience, we (and our extended family and friends in the area) will no longer give Crecco’s our business.
Here’s some advice: If you have a kids menu, you can’t repeatedly come to a table with kids (all playing nicely in their seats) and scold them for being kids using normal kid voices in a group setting. Not to mention, the place was nearly empty.
If you’re having trouble hearing phone call orders (as we were told), maybe don’t seat a party with multiple kids near the phone. There were plenty of open tables further away.
Management ignored our attempts to discuss this incident, so we made the easy decision to stop rewarding Crecco’s with our business. Luckily, there are dozens of places nearby with better food and service.

I’ve visited this location several times, and while most of the staff are kind and helpful, there’s one manager, I believe her name is Melissa, who is consistently rude and unprofessional. I’ve witnessed her yelling at employees right on the floor, in front of customers, which is extremely uncomfortable and honestly unacceptable. It creates a really negative atmosphere and makes me not want to return. Employees deserve respect, and customers shouldn’t have to witness that kind of behavior.
