This used to be a great restaurant, but new owners don’t take care of it, it is dirty inside and unkept outside. Shame, this was once one of my five star places, wont be back.

The food is great, but there is a discrepancy between the menu and what the cooks give you with the Orange Chicken. The menu says that Orange Chicken comes with garlic and scallions (green onions), but every time I’ve order the food, they don’t put scallions on it unless I tell the front staff. When my favorite front staff is there, I tell them to make sure they put scallions on there when I shouldn’t have to have the front staff remind the cooks about their own menu online or in-store. If my favorite person isn’t there, they sometimes charge me for scallions even though it’s supposed to come with it by their own menu’s description online and in-store.

I expected more of a sit-down restaurant, but it was closer to fast food. You order at the counter then sit down. Of the 4 different dishes our party ordered it was hard to distinguish the taste between them, they all seemed to blur together in vague similarity. That said, the blurred together taste was good. Portion size was generous. Cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, didn’t appear to be a priority.

Ever consistent with good, quick food for take out. Friendly, quick service. Solid take-out deals, decant portions. Kids meals are bland enough for my (No Spice) picky pint-sized eaters at home, and they always make mine pleasantly spicy up on request.
Eating here occasionally for almost 8yrs–Never a bad experience.

Where do I begin? Got takeout for chicken mushroom with steamed rice. Normally, this is really good, but the sauce was pink and the ‘5’ pieces of chicken were so pink, I thought they were dark meat. I had to cut one open to make sure it was white. You could tell it had been soaked in this ‘pink’ sauce (which should be brown). The chicken was also so rubbery that it was horrible. I couldn’t eat it. Then, there was ‘4’ half pieces of mushrooms in it. Wow! So, I thought I would just eat the white rice (how bad could that be?). Ha! Found a black bug in that! Um, I think I’m done with that place! They literally took my $ for free!

1 Star for the food as honestly, it is decent. Not great but at an okay level.
0 Star for the service quality.
For whatever reason, they never have enough servers, thus the food is always served slowly. For those with jobs who just have an hour for lunch, this is not the place to eat. I know that, so I started getting pick-up orders instead. Also, whenever I placed a pick-up order, I always called at least 45 minutes beforehand to confirm.
Unfortunately, at least 6 times out of 10 they have made me wait an extra 20 minutes or more for a pick-up order. The last time I made a pick-up order for two meals, they estimated that it would take 20 to 25 minutes which was totally fine with me. And when I came in to pick up my food, I was already 10 minutes late.
Guess what? The food wasn’t ready yet. We had to wait there because my sister had already paid for the food. Another 35 minutes passed. It seemed that they did not make our food until we showed up… And an important note, the dine-in at the time I came in was not busy at all. It was kinda dead, and I saw no dirty tables left so I figured it might have not been even busy there before I came in. So we waited an hour for a two-meal pick-up order.
I would have not minded if they told me to pick up my food an hour later while they were on the phone with me. I just hate that they always make me wait an extra 20 minutes or more (like this time, 35 minutes) when I already arrive. This shows that they have ZERO RESPECT to their customers and their customers’ time. Also, they never apologized to me when making me wait that long. The chef/owner always looks very unfriendly and grumpy.
I used to work at several restaurants and I understand that sometimes, things may get crazy and you cannot satisfy every customer, and unpleasant moments may happen. But this has been a pattern and becoming very unacceptable.
Another thing that I am concerned is that kids running around in the kitchen. Like little kids around 2-3 years old. Thats not safe.
I had been a frequent customer and even referred this restaurant to many other people I know. Now not anymore. People I know who have came here also complained about the service quality and speed of the service.

Food tasted good. Chicken came with barely enough sauce to wet every piece. Crab Rangoons were tasty but lacked filling you usually get in a Rangoon. Order came with no soy sauce or duck sauce.

So disappointed. They used to be my go too order for Chinese delivery as we are just outside of town. The egg drop soup was a favorite until today. Our order was correct, but not as good as it has been. The egg drop soup was just wrong. It tasted un seasoned. The crab Rangoon was half burnt and pretty un stuffed. Our mains, an orange chicken and cashew chicken, were dry in the meat and soggy in the rice. Even our side of low mein noodles was under sauced and bland. Overall it was way below our expectations and super disappointing. I didn’t even get any soy sauce on the side (after asking for extra). I don’t know what changed, but hopefully for the other regular customers they figure it out. I know it will be some time before I give them a chance again.

I have been to this place twice and it has been a bad experience both times. The first time their chicken was under cooked, it was rubbery and they were huge bites. Just now I arrived at 11:40am and the food never made it to my table I left the restaurant after asking for a refund at 12:15 pm i . The lady on the register was very nice but she definitely seemed like they over work her.

Sad, because I really wanted to like this place!! Only ONE cashew in my cashew chicken! Whole restaurant smelled like really strong cherry air freshener. Bathroom had an overpowering mildew smell. The sauces were mostly corn starch. Pros? Good seating area, comfortable space.
