Honestly one of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever been to! Staff was so friendly and I learned that creamworx is family owned. I got to talk to the owner and his daughter and they were super nice and friendly! Their service was fast and the proportions were amazing! Very reasonably priced and DELICIOUS! creamiest and smoothest ice cream ever and the shakes were to die for! The lobby was so clean and the store overall had a very friendly and inviting vibe! I would definitely go again!! I also loved there new loyalty program and how easy it is to get freebies!! 10/10! Also I LOVED how they decorate for holidays it was an amazing touch to an amazing experience!!

The ice cream here was fun and a good quality, but the prices are steep and it was hard to finish the treats. They are very sugary, which is to be expected.

I was most interested in the shakes since they are decorated, and ordered the cotton candy shake ($15). It came with a pink lemonade sugar stick on top, a seemingly homemade sugar cookie, cotton candy, and whip cream with edible blue glitter. The shake itself had a good quality flavor, tasting exactly as expected with a rich texture. The cup was rimmed with vanilla frosting and sugar beads similar to the cotton candy. The sugar cookie seemed homemade because the frosting had a hint of almond in it, which you typically don’t find at the stores. It also had confetti cooked inside.

The coconut sundae was quite good, having a macaroon type bar added with chocolate drizzle. The macaroon was as expected, but the flavor wasn’t our favorite. It had coconut chunks and breading, but it was more dense with a caramel-like flavor binding the ingredients. Because of this, we found the ice cream itself more favorable since it had the refreshing feeling and bite of an authentic coconut ice cream.

The biscoff wasn’t my favorite, but the brownie on top was fantastic.

We also tried the honeycomb ice cream and a fruity pebble shake ($9). The honeycomb flavor wasn’t my favorite as well, the honeycomb itself was very hard to bite. For the fruity pebble shake, it has the cereal blended into the ice cream, causing the pieces to be very small and distributed throughout. This was a bit of a weird texture to deal with, but the flavor was spot on- ice cream, heavy cream and cereal. It came topped with whip cream. IMO steep price for a shake.

Overall the experience was good, we might come back if there is some really special event we want to celebrate and are in the area. For regular treats, I feel like this is out of our budget and could be made at home.

Great place! Nothing beats a milkshake! I couldn’t get the fancy ones as they didn’t have a gluten free option, but they did have other gluten free shakes. The honeycomb shake was incredible! We met the owner and he said he will work to get some gluten free in the future. Their ice cream was really good and the environment was awesome. I think this place will do really well!

Fantastic! I get why this place has become so popular. I know some people look at the fancy decorations around the food and say it’s a waste, I like it. My kids enjoyed the sprinkles around the cup. The brownie was incredible! They had single scoop once cream which was perfect for little kids. And milkshakes to satisfy any sweet tooth, even mine.

I wasn’t sure what to expect here, I’m kind of an ice cream snob. I just have to say though….amaaaaaaazing! I got the raspberry, and it was super creamy and absolutely on point! My husband got peanut butter chocolate. So- first of all, they hand you an aesthetic masterpiece. Then you try it and you are *sold* hardcore. I must admit I tried everyone’s at the table like a germaphobes nightmare, and they were ALL amazing!
The service was impeccable as well- the employees were kind and courteous, made eye contact and smiled, and when there was a mistake with an order, they were apologetic and fixed it immediately. Wonderful service, wonderful ice cream!

Really happy about our experience here. The butter fat percentage they’re using is perfect. Rich and creamy. They make their ice cream locally. But then they offer traditional scoops or insane shake creations that are a little spendy ($14) but is literally ice cream + full cookies or brownies or churros on top. It reminds me of when Utah County had Pie Shakes where you literally picked your piece of pie and turned it into a shake.

Fun concept and great taste. They offer some gluten free options and are committed to denoting on their board which flavors are GF.

Fun vibe. I think teens will love this place, but great for families too. Really nice addition to Highland.

I’ve gone to Creamworx twice now and every time I’ve gotten ice cream there I’ve absolutely loved it! My first time I got a cookie dough and it was really good and my second time I got raspberry cheesecake. They rotate their flavors so there’s always something new. Their shakes aways look really fun too, I could see those being a really fun birthday treat. The employees are nice and the atmosphere is so much fun. My only complaint is that there have been some flies inside every time I’ve been there. I think it’s because there are sewers outside. This is also a downside because it smells really bad before you walk into the shop. It’s hard to be negative about this though because I know it’s not their fault and they can’t really do anything about it. It’s the same for all of those shops along that row! Just bad sewer placement but other than that it’s such a fun place!

Creamworx in Highland is a delightful ice cream shop that adds a unique twist to the ice cream experience. What sets this place apart is that all their toppings are freshly made, adding a special homemade touch to each treat.

I tried the chocolate brownie shake, and it was fantastic. Rich and creamy with a deeply satisfying chocolate flavor, and definitely ranks in my top milk shakes I have tried. The seating area was nice and clean, featuring a cool design that made the visit even more enjoyable.

Ending our date night at Creamworx was a fun and memorable experience. The only suggestion I have is to offer some drinks. We all wanted water or something to drink afterward, and it would have been nice if they at least had bottled drinks available.

Overall, Creamworx is a great visit for anyone looking for a fun and delicious ice cream experience. We’ll definitely be back!
