Went to Stumpy’s after a Basketball tourney. We had a few drinks while placing a pizza order to go.
This was not our first time having pizza, but we were far from impressed. It is usually mouth watering and one of the chewiest pizzas ever. Not this time.
It was on the well done side on both pizzas, the amount of cheese was slim, just very disappointing especially when you want to treat the family at $38.50 for one pizza and $32.00 for another, not including drinks and ice cream.
The parents and players that had their pizza there, it looked amazing!! Not ours. I know they can do better.

First time eating here, I got their Chili Fries to go. It was $7.50 and a very generous amount!! Flavor was pretty standard to other chili fries, I would buy again!

I’ve been going to this place since I was a young child and it is a great place to go with the family or out for a date, the restaurant is attached to a bowling alley! They have a lot of ice cream flavors to choose from and they all taste amazing! I recommend the Fat Elvis and the Cappuccino! The pizza is fairly good. We went on a Thursday afternoon and the service was really good. The owners are also great people!

I give 3 stars because the service was great and it had a almost cafeteria but cozy vibe environment, but the food is awful! My first time there I ordered a Ruben sandwich and was told “That’s why it wasn’t good, you have to go for their pizza and ice cream.” So I gave it another shot, unfortunately it was a bust. I love toppings, but it felt almost like the pizza was smothered in cheese to hide the taste of their overly sweetened tomato paste ‘sauce’ and sour cardboard crust. Very disappointed, but to each their own.

5 tiny shrimp for $15.00+ OR get a plate full of shrimp that’s $14.99 at literally any place else. Pic with checkered liner in carryout is what creamery serves & she actually stated “everything is expensive now” to explain the tiny shrimp. The 1st pic is the pile of shrimp you get at Applebee’s (for less) with a pile of fries & slaw. We won’t get anything but possibly ice cream at creamery in the future, that’s for sure.

The food was good when it was finally served. Over an hour from order taken and the food coming out sporadically is very 30 minutes. What made it more frustrating is people were being sat, orders taken and getting food before our entire party was served. Kitchen needs a lot of work in handling orders properly. Wait staff handled things as best they could under the circumstances.

First time in Rushford, decided to sit at a table outside (just in front – not even in their patio seating section) as we had our dog with us. As we were looking at the menu online, the owners themselves came out to greet us! Amazing service. They helped us order, and got us our drinks! Besides the exceptional small town service, the pizza (Xtra-Special, without pineapple) was perfect. Homemade crust, loaded with toppings, and not at all greasy. Took some home, put in fridge, and it was good for a couple days worth of lunches. Amazing time – will definitely be back… and will get some of their ice cream, which looked so good!

The ice cream is fantastic! They have Chocolate Shoppe brand from Wisconsin and it’s some of the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Also tried the fish basket and it was good for the price. Didn’t expect anything too fancy, so I was satisfied with what I got. Will certainly stop by again whenever we’re in Rushford.
