Delicious soft serve! I didn’t realize the only ice cream they offer is soft serve, but you have the option between vanilla, chocolate, or twist.
The location is great, parking was good but I imagine it gets pretty packed when it’s warmer out. The cashier seemed new but eager to help and take the order. There is a drive through and outdoor seating available. I look forward to visiting the Creamery again soon.

I’m truly baffled at the level of incompetence that I witnessed tonight. I ordered the strawberry shortcake sundae after realizing they no longer carried Rainbow Cone. It looked NOTHING like the picture….it was a mound of vanilla with a few strawberries. I was expecting an actual sundae, at least comparable to what was advertised. I decided to take it back and give them another shot. This time they gave me THE SAME EXACT THING, minus the nuts, that I had to ask for….there was no strawberry drizzle and only a tiny piece of the shortcake crammed under the even fewer strawberries. I’m not sure how, even with 5 employees working (on a Tuesday night, mind you), it still took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and they messed up the order TWICE!!…..I just feel bad for the poor girl that was working her behind off, legitimately BABYSITTING these “employees”. Needless to say, I should have just gone to Rainbow Cone, like I wanted to in the first place.

I will never go back. I went for the first time since I live near and ordered a small brownie ice cream. By the time I got back home which is only one mile away, I got totally sick and had to run to my bathroom with severe cramps. As a chef who have graduated from the cooking and hospitality Institute of Chicago years ago and years of cooking in different establishments, something isn’t wasn’t right with the vanilla soft serve ice cream or brownie. This has never happened to me except for once years ago when I had food poisoning. The customer service was good but I will not be returning.

I took my daughter to this place because she worked hard and got an A on her math test, so I thought I’d treat her to some ice cream. She was so excited—this was supposed to be a special moment for her. But the guy taking our order, who was also making the sundae, was beyond rude and disrespectful. At first, I let it slide, but when he handed me my daughter’s sundae, it looked absolutely terrible. I took a closer look and realized—he had put nuts in her hot fudge sundae. My daughter is DEADLY allergic to nuts! I couldn’t believe it. I immediately asked another employee what his name was, and they told me it was Dominic. Unbelievable. Not only did he treat us terribly, but now my daughter could have been in serious danger. I am beyond furious.

workers need to have a better attitude!!! I showed up at 8:30pm (they close at 9pm) and workers clearly did not want to be there. the workers were rude, slammed our ice cream on the counter and closed the window in our face as soon as they completed our order. not only did we not receive what we had ordered, but they did not even fill our cups completely. I am very disappointed. this is the face of your company & if these are the employees you have, you are gonna lose a lot of business!!

The creamery has fantastic ice cream! Their ice cream is rich, creamy, and flavorful! They have the best cookie dough! Pair vanilla ice cream with cookie dough and brownie toppings and I will be in heaven! I highly recommend you grab yourself a scoop!

The drive through is a bad set up, it’s a sharp turn to get to the first window causing drivers to reverse their cars, someone almost backed into my car in the drive through so I honked and I overheard the worker saying I was overreacting, sorry but you shouldn’t be backing up in a drive through! Ice cream was average nothing special. I’d rather take my $16 I spent somewhere else

Hands down, the best ice cream spot in the entire area! The crunch sprinkles are absolutely top-tier—no one else comes close. You won’t find anything like them anywhere else.
